Tommy Robinson - A Victim Of The Corrupt Criminal Justice System

The gilded Lady that sits atop the law courts in London with her scales of equality and her sword of justice once symbolized the purity and impartiality of the British criminal justice system. It is a system that evolved over a millennium when Alfred the Great started codifying English law in the ninth century.

The reaction around the world to the arrest and imprisonment of citizen journalist Tommy Robinson, along with the gagging order to silence the media, is a testament to the esteem which the British criminal justice was once held and the disappointment at its descent into an organ of state oppression traditionally associated with third world banana republics.

Along with all the public institutions in Great Britain, including government departments and NGO’s, the entire criminal justice system from law enforcement through to prosecution and sentencing has been politicized and used as a weapon to impose the governments’ Islamization agenda.

The mission of the criminal justice system has been changed from serving and protecting the public by upholding the law of the land into coercing the public into accepting radical changes to their culture and way of life that is essential to the Islamization program.

This fundamental transformation of society is being imposed without consulting the British people because the ruling elite know that it would be rejected forthwith. Led by the politicized police ‘service’ the criminal justice system is shutting down all opposition and dissenting voices using intimidation and prosecution.

This determination by the government to crush opposition and dissent is accompanied by a concerted propaganda campaign by the bought-and-paid-for mainstream media of smear, demonization and malicious labelling with ‘far-right’, ‘Islamophobe’, ‘xenophobe’, ‘bigot’, ‘fascist’ and ‘Nazi’ being some of the ridiculous labels being thrown around with gay abandon.

When one looks at the appalling behavior of the police, prosecution lawyers and judges, it’s no wonder people are up in arms and understandable why the targeting and subsequent abuse of Tommy Robinson has caused such a bitter reaction not only in Great Britain but around the world.

While Mr. Robinson was arrested, sentenced and carted off to jail in double quick time other criminals who have committed far more heinous crimes have been treated with undue leniency, or not investigated at all, by the same criminal justice system.

Following are a couple of examples of the perversion of justice by the very people who were entrusted with its integrity:

As London crumbles under an orgy of violent crime Great Britain’s most senior police officer deludes herself that all is well and under control.

Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Cressida Dick, claims that the Muslim grooming gangs that have caused misery to hundreds of thousand of victims across the country ‘have been part of our society for centuries’. (Watch the imbecile say it here)

Her police 'service' has announced that nine thousand crimes per month, including burglary, will not be investigated and yet resources across the UK are being used to monitor so-called 'hate speech' on social media.

Scotland Yard ignores 9,000 cases per month. 

Police accused of wasting time as hate speech arrests up 900%.

Apart from her history of incompetence, past failures, poor decision-making and lack of leadership skills, with that statement alone Cressida Dick should be removed from office. She won’t be of course because the darling of the ‘progressive’ establishment ticks all the right boxes for a high profile public sector office holder i.e. female, Common Purpose trained for so-called leadership beyond authority and a lesbian to boot.

The political class all hail from the same flawed gene pool that churns out identikit PR manufactured automatons that have been brainwashed by their own propaganda to the point where they have no understanding of real people who inhabit the real world outside of their own incestuous bubble.

It is their determination to crush any opposition to their destructive agenda that has created Tommy Robinson and the mass movements that they label as populist and ‘far-right’. Hopefully it is also this determination that will bring them down to face the peoples’ justice they so richly deserve.

Tough On Crime - Tony Blair's Daughter The Victim Of Her Father's Criminal Class

"Tough on crime and tough on the causes of crime", is one of the most infamous, cynical and dishonest soundbites ever to be uttered by Great Britain's former Prime Minister and cultural vandal Tony Blair. This soundbite was dreamt up in order to steal the reputation of the Conservative Party as the traditional party of law and order during the '97 general election.

The perverted view that criminals are not bad people but victims of an unjust society is a core tenet of Marxism and has always been the driving force behind the 'progressive' law and order agenda as pursued by Tony Blair and his disastrous government.

How the Labour Party Members of Parliament who were jailed for stealing taxpayer's money are victims of society is not explained; nor is it explained how victim status can be given to the Muslim killers of Drummer Rigby, the 7th July bombers or Rose and Fred West.

As the British people are learning to their cost, Blair and his government turned reality on it's head and made the perpetrators of crime the victims and vice verce.  According to Blair and the 'progressives', those law abiding people who do the right thing, get out of bed and go to work everyday then get burgled, mugged, beaten or worse, have only themselves to blame for being so selfish and uncaring.

As part of the Blair 'progressive' agenda the police and the criminal justice system were  politicized and their mission changed from upholding the law and protecting the public to implementing the transformation of Great Britain into the multi-cultural, crime ridden cesspit that we see today.

Criminal behavior has skyrocketed and the well being of victims is routinely ignored in the interests of political correctness. Serious law breaking is also ignored in the interests of cultural sensitivity or community cohesion and when action by the police is unavoidable, any punishment is often derisory or non existent.

News that Tony Blair's daughter, Kathryn and her boyfriend were held up at gunpoint in a London street will hopefully bring home to her at least, the trauma suffered by thousands of victims of crime every day which is a direct result of her father's perverted ideology.

After her experience, maybe she will ask her father how a serial criminal went unpunished until his two hundredth burglary. That's two hundred victims whose well being was ignored by Blair's politicized police 'service' and criminal justice system. This criminal lowlife (or victim of society depending on your viewpoint) was sentenced to a derisory twenty months; fifty percent of which is automatically discounted with another possible discount for good behavior. He could be out in five months to continue with his criminal career leaving more victims in his wake.

To many people outside Great Britain, the idea that the authorities would put the interests of the criminal before the interests of the victim on ideological grounds sounds implausible but a tertiary glance at the facts should clear the issue up beyond doubt.

Bearing in mind there is no death penalty in Great Britain and the right to defend oneself has been taken away, here is a list of murderers who were released to murder again. In whose interests were these animals released and were the interests of the victims and potential future victims taken into account? Obviously not.

Maybe Kathryn Blair can inquire of her father why, in their ancestral home of Scotland, better known as the 'progressive dystopia north of the border', a criminals' well being comes before that of their victims?

Thousands of serious criminals are excused their punishment under early release legislation. Official figures show that five thousand criminals have been released early including 3,298 who have been convicted of serious assault and attempted murder, 277 convicted murderers and 161 rapists. Since 2007, 64,000 have become eligible for early release. These include an animal by the name of Darren McIntosh, a convicted paedophile who was jailed for four years after committing a sexual assault on an eight year old boy. McIntosh was released after two years despite being classified as a 'high risk' to children. The high risk to children comes secondary to the well being of this depraved child abuser.

It is incumbent on any 'progressive' to justify this release and why the horror of his victim was not taken into account nor any potential future child victims.

One must not forget that this criminal justice system released the Lockerbie bomber on compassionate grounds, despite the protestations from the families of his 270 victims.

 If any more evidence is needed to prove the fact that the 'progressive' criminal justice system looks upon the criminal as the victim then one only has to look at the behavior of the coroner at the inquest into the shooting death of violent gangster Mark Duggan.  This is the death which supposedly triggered the 2011 summer rioting around Great Britain.

Prior to opening the inquest Judge Keith Cutler ordered a minutes silence be held for Duggan despite the fact that he was a violent gangster who was armed at the time of his shooting and allegedly involved in several murders. This imbecile of a Judge never mentioned any of Duggan's victims or took their trauma into account. Nothing will come of it and this so called Judge will carry on with his debased career of respecting criminals while showing contempt for their victims.

It would be ironic if the 'progressive' Judge Cutler would one day sit in judgment on Kathryn Blair's assailants and would he show them the same respect and compassion that he showed the late gangster?

In conclusion it's worth mentioning that the British people have had their rights of self defence removed with the result that law abiding citizens have been arrested and prosecuted for having the temerity to protect their families and property from criminals. It is also worth noting that the British people have been disarmed by Tony Blair and left at the mercy of armed criminals.

It goes without saying that if Kathryn Blair or her boyfriend had been packing some heat, the playing field would have been level and if the criminals had got their just dessert the possibility of re-offending would have been zero.

Progressive Justice System - Criminals Get Compassion, Victims Get Ignored

Trying to understand the inner workings of the 'progressive' mind has got to be one of the worlds most impossible tasks. Their inability to understand basic arithmetic when it comes to economics is legendary as is their inability to alter their mindset in the face indisputable facts.

Their attitudes when it comes to social issues such as criminality, the law and public order are bordering on lunacy. Somehow they have convinced themselves that criminals do not act out of badness or malice but are forced into their criminal behavior by an uncaring society.

This nonsense will come easily to anyone who lives in splendid isolation such as judges, police chiefs and politicians but it is incomprehensible to anyone who has been the victim of crime, especially a violent one.

Despite the ever increasing rate of re-offending, the criminal justice system, namely judges, persist in giving serial criminals lenient sentences. These derisory sentences are not only an insult to the victims of crime but they also give a green light to the criminals to carry on offending.

Anyone who pays attention to what their political leaders are thinking about, in terms of future public policy, will be shocked but not surprised by the latest crackpot ideas from a so called 'progressive' academic.

Andrew Ashworth was the Labour party's crime advisor, the former Chairman of the Government Sentencing Advisory Panel and unsurprisingly, he is a 'progressive' fanatic of the very highest order. This leading light is advising the Labour leaders that serial thieves and other criminals should never be sent to prison.

Ashworth claimed that even repeat offenders with dozens of convictions should be spared the 'pain' of a prison term. Obviously in this idiots twisted mind the victims should not be spared the 'pain' of these serial criminals actions.

This imbecile displays his complete ignorance of the real world by going on to say that locking up thieves and fraudsters and 'condemning' them to prison was an 'abuse of State power'. He argues that they should be fined, given community service and forced to pay for the damage they have caused. If Ashworth is on top of his subject he would know that a record number of fines go unpaid and community service does not engender remorse or prevent re-offending.

He is obviously incapable of understanding that criminals cannot pay for the psychological damage they have inflicted on their victims or the fear that victims feel after a crime has been committed against them.

In his indecent haste to show compassion for criminal scum like thirty year old Christopher Harrison and spare him the 'pain' of a prison sentence, Ashworth callously ignores the plight of his victims. Harrison ticks all the boxes for Ashworth's compassion, a criminal since the age of thirteen, he was released early after being jailed for his one hundred and twenty seventh (127) burglary. After his release he was caught performing his one hundred and sixty seventh burglary and is reputed to have broken into two hundred homes and dozens of cars.

Harrison, the subject of Ashworth's attention and a cowardly swine, preys on the elderly such as eighty seven year old Edna Pollock who lives alone.  Her statement, which is roundly ignored by Ashworth and the rest of his 'progressive' ilk, states that:

"I have no faith in the police so I didn't report it immediately". (see yesterdays article) "At night I'm kept awake by any noise and terrified that someone is in my home. I live alone and since this burglary it has made me a lot less confident. I do not feel safe and I shouldn't feel this way in my own home".

Another victim was seventy eight year old Morris Nicholson who stated that: "Due to what happened I now feel more vulnerable and nervous in my own home. I feel he will come back".

If house holders were allowed to arm themselves for protection against home invasion then scum like Harrison would have met his maker years ago and there would be no question of re-offending, there would be two hundred less victims of crime and elderly people like Edna Pollock and Morris Nicholson could sleep soundly in their beds at night. Alternatively the police could do their job and protect the public instead of policing political correctness on behalf of their political masters.

As chairman of the Sentencing Advisory Panel, Ashworth should have been aware that over ninety thousand (90,000) serious repeat offenders escaped prison sentences last year alone, most of whom went on to re-offend. That is ninety thousand victims that he chooses to ignore in his attempt to justify his ideological purity.

"There is no evidence whatsoever that the judges' leniency does anything except increase the amount of crime".

Ashworth puts the Marxist foundation to his beliefs on full public display with his assertion that jail was disproportionate for 'pure' property offences'.  Depriving someone of their liberty for an offence that 'only' targeted property was unfair he claims. Edna Pollock and Morris Nicholson would beg to differ but in any event these elderly victims don't warrant any compassion from Ashworth or enter into his thinking at all.

These ideas come from the warped brain of a committed 'progressive' and if the people thought this guy has been sent back to the asylum from whence he came then they will be disappointed.

This 'progressive' from another planet is now Professor Andrew Ashworth, a law professor at Oxford University which was once reputed to be one of the worlds greatest educational establishments.
