Noisy Socialist Cheerleaders Are Silent On Venezuela's Demise

Where are they? The silence is deafening. The great and the good, the wealthy celebrities who stood in solidarity with the poor and oppressed from behind their mansion walls and atop their multi-million dollar fortunes.

Where are the career politicians on both sides of the Atlantic who, bloated on taxpayer funded loot, paraded before the world's media proclaiming their support for the late Hugo Chavez and his socialist revolution. The revolution that was going to abolish inequality and empower the disenfranchised and downtrodden?

Where is the former President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, who gave his blessing to the the rigged election that saw the dictator Chavez returned to power?

Where is Jeremy Corbyn the far-left leader of the British Labour Party, a life long socialist and prospective British Prime Minister at the next general election? (Read about the hypocrites here)

It has come to pass that from behind his walled citadel the Pope never misses an opportunity to lecture the civilised, developed world about their obligations to economic migrants and their duty to share their non-existent wealth but he's swallowed his tongue on the consequences of wealth sharing in Venezuela.

Most disturbingly of all, where is the media? Where are the images of the food lines and empty supermarket shelves, of desperate people looting the scarce goods that are available in order to feed themselves and their families?

As resource rich Venezuela descends into chaos and the people resort to eating garbage as a side dish to feral cats and dogs the current socialist dictator, Nicolas Maduro, has built what socialist dictators throughout history have always built, i.e. a tyrannical totalitarian state.

With this disaster unfolding in Venezuela, along with similar disasters across the planet including Greece, North Korea, Zimbabwe, Argentina, Puerto Rico etc. etc., the noisiest proponents for socialism have gone eerily silent.

The world is waiting with baited breath to hear from Hugo Chavez cheerleaders Sean Penn, Oliver Stone, Michael Moore, Danny Glover and Former President Jimmy Carter.

From Great Britain the world waits for words of wisdom on Venezuelan socialism from far-left Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn along with his former girlfriend and Shadow Minister of State for International Development, Dianne Abbot.

Other high profile cheerleaders for Venezuelan socialism are former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone and darling of left-wing journalism, Owen Jones, who are both conspicuous by their absence.

In the USA, when asked to comment on the socialist disaster unfolding in Venezuela, Democratic Party candidate for the presidential nomination, Bernie Sanders, refused to answer adding that he wants to concentrate on his campaign.

For the uninitiated, Sanders is campaigning for a socialist society in the USA. In other words he wants the same system that has wrecked Venezuela and reduced its citizens to abject poverty and starvation to be imposed on the American people.

His competitor for the nomination, former First Lady, Secretary of State and Alinskyite socialist, Hillary Clinton has also remained tight lipped about the disaster in Venezuela.

In conclusion, while it would appear that the cat has got the tongues of the aforementioned cheerleaders for socialism there is a reason for their silence. It's been bought with a promise that they will be immune from the consequences of a Venezuelan type catastrophe that will affect all the nations on earth if the UN/EU gets its way.

For those who follow global politics and world events it is plainly obvious that the UN/EU controlled global elite are engineering a one world, borderless planet based on the principles of total equality between nations, cultures and peoples. The whole world cannot be upgraded to western levels of prosperity, therefore in order to achieve global equality western nations must be downgraded accordingly and made less prosperous.

The continuous war on the middle class is proof positive of this.

That end result will be, as it always is in socialist societies, a governing elite immune from the consequences of their actions controlling the wealth of the planet and the rest of us plebs fighting for scraps.

They Felt The Bern In Venezuela Now They Can't Get Toilet Paper

They'll either be throwing their hands up in despair in downtown Caracas today, or splitting their sides with laughter, as Bernie Sanders wins the New Hampshire Democratic Primary by promising lots of 'free stuff' to blinkered voters under the banner of something called 'democratic socialism'.

Mentioning 'democratic' and 'socialism' in the same sentence is itself an indication of delusion which seems to infect all proponents of this tested, failed and derelict ideology.

Both Democratic Party candidates in the Presidential primaries, Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton espouse socialism as their core ideology although the more PR conscious Clinton prefers to use the more image friendly labels 'progressive' or 'liberal'.

It doesn't matter how it's packaged, socialism/communism remains a destructive ideology with a proven track record of abject failure, poverty, misery and tyranny.

Although both Sanders and Clinton are careful to hide the connection between socialism and communism it doesn't take much to expose the truth.

Don't be fooled by Sanders using the tag 'democratic socialism' or Clinton using 'progressive', or 'liberal' - "The goal of socialism is communism" so says Vladimir Lenin and he should know.

The relationship, between socialism and communism could not have been put better than by Ayn Rand when she opined thus:

"There is no difference between communism and socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end: communism proposes to enslave men by force, socialism - by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide".

The theory of socialism and communism is in itself seductive with it's message of fairness together with the abolition of demons such as inequality, poverty, hunger, homelessness and war along with creating a caring, sharing community where everyone wallows in brotherly love.

It's enough to melt the hearts of even the hardest capitalists and convert them into woolly, hand wringing bleeding hearts overnight if only they would listen to wealthy career politicians such as Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton who, incidentally, happen to be members of the ruling class they claim to be fighting against on behalf of the people.

The reality of socialism/communism cannot be more different and it should not have slipped anyone's notice that neither Sanders nor Clinton ever give examples of a successful socialist country and they avoid like the plague any mention of the plethora of failed socialist countries that blight the planet - Venezuela being one of the latest.

They also fail to mention as they promote their destructive creed, the inevitable lapse into totalitarianism that has always accompanied socialism/communism wherever in the world it raises it's ugly head.

Only last week resource rich Venezuela was hiring a fleet of Jumbo jets to import millions of bank notes in order to cope with their 720% inflation rate.

In this resource rich country the late tyrant, Hugo Chavez along with his successor Nicolas Maduro, have managed to engineer shortages of everything from basic foodstuffs, such as  flour, eggs, meat and vegetables to condoms and personal cleanliness products such as soap, toothpaste and toilet paper.

Sanders, Clinton and the bought-and-paid-for main stream media may hide it from the public during the election campaign but Venezuela is a living example of the utter dereliction, poverty and misery that results from the very socialist policies being touted by these two career politicians.

Shortages of basic goods, food riots, along with poverty and misery for the masses are standard in all socialist/communist countries but it is the inevitable lapse into totalitarianism that should concern people the most.

Despite former US President Jimmy Carter declaring the Venezuelan elections 'free and fair', Chavez and his successor Maduro used intimidation, media censorship and murder to steal elections and remain in power.

With the country and the economy in ruins thanks to the Hugo Chavez socialist revolution, Jimmy Carter remained in denial about his hero and his perverted ideology; he wanted Chavez to be remembered for the 'gains he made for the poor and vulnerable' and opining further that 'we have never doubted Hugo Chavez's commitment to improving the lives of millions of his fellow countrymen'.

Exactly who the 'we' are that Carter is referring to remains a mystery but it is safe to assume that it's his fellow believers; it is no mystery however to note that if Carter, along with Sanders and Clinton, were forced to live under the economic system they propose for others they may not be quite such enthusiastic advocates.

In conclusion it is worth pointing out to the obviously committed supporters of both Sanders and Clinton the words of one observant commentator who stated with wit that although 'the road to socialism is paved with unwiped a*ses, they will soon be able to attend to their personal hygiene with worthless banknotes.

Jeremy Corbyn - Great Britain's Antithesis Of Donald Trump

With Donald Trump leading the race to challenge Hillary Clinton for the Presidency of the United States it's becoming a nightmare for the political establishment and the UN based global elite that currently wield power in Washington DC.

Being financially independent of the lobbyists and the powerful, agenda driven political operatives that are 'fundamentally transforming' America, Trump is an anti-establishment conservative and cannot be bought. He is outside of their sphere of influence and this puts their long planned 'progressive' agenda under threat.

Unbeknownst to many, a career politician by the name of Jeremy Corbyn is leading a similar race across the pond for the right to challenge David Cameron, or his successor, for the Premiership of Great Britain.

Unlike the nightmares being suffered by the establishment and the power brokers in America, their counterparts in Great Britain are dreaming blissfully in their beds at night, safe in knowledge that whoever wins this election their 'progressive' agenda will be in safe hands.

Despite the fact that both Donald Trump and Jeremy Corbyn are topping the polls in their respective elections, their background and policies couldn't be more different and this speaks volumes about the current political class.

Modern politicians consist mainly of unprincipled, self serving career charlatans who have sold their souls to agenda driven power brokers and who have reduced political discourse to a series of soundbites and slogans. These are carefully constructed by PR men, advertising executives and image consultants who choreograph their charges to perform before a controlled media like seals in a circus.

These two elections are raising several important issues that highlight not only the hypocrisy and mendacity of the modern political class but also their treachery. Their willingness to ignore the wishes of the people and put the ideological agenda of the 'progressive' global elite before their safety and economic well- being has resulted in frustration and a hunger for change.

The explosion onto the political scene of both Trump and Corbyn is representative of that hunger and welcome as it may be, it is not without its danger.

While Donald Trump has used the opportunity offered by individual liberty and free enterprise in America to build a myriad of businesses and create tens of thousands of jobs, Jeremy Corbyn has ignored the lessons of history and spent his life promoting a failed ideology that has resulted in poverty, misery and death to millions of people across the world.

In his crusade to impose a socialist system on the British people, Corbyn tells it to them straight without spin or the use of PR executives, media mangers or image consultants. He comes across as a genuine man of the people and this has resonated with the supporters of the Labour Party who are leaderless after the resignation of their institutionally Marxist former leader, Red Ed Miliband.

As an indication of how politically illiterate these Labour supporters are, Red Ed Miliband lost the last election because the majority of the British electorate rejected his message on account it was too left wing.

He was called Red Ed for a reason.

Their response to this defeat is to nominate a leader who is further to left than Miliband, an ideologue who has more in common with Lenin than their three time election winner Tony Blair.

Corbyn is the archetypal hard left, self loathing socialist who espouses all the usual anti-British, anti-western causes that undermine global prosperity and civilisation itself.

It goes without saying that Donald Trump loves his country with a passion but the same cannot be said of Jeremy Corbyn.

If any person or organisation hates Great Britain then Corbyn is their friend. Without any thought for their victims; those people and organisations include the leaders of Hezbollah, Hamas, the IRA and the multitude of Palestinian terrorist gangs.

Like all those who dwell in the communist/socialist/progressive community, Corbyn thrives on poverty, misery and envy. The unifying factor within this community is hate, they love to hate, it's their element, they thrive on it and Corbyn is no different.

It's difficult to confirm what he hates the most; Israel and the Jews, America, individual liberty or capitalism and prosperity. He certainly hates the 'rich' who he believes are evil exploiters of the poor and who should be stripped of their wealth for redistribution. I would hazard a guess that he has an extra piece of hate in his heart for Donald Trump for no other reason than his wealth.

Corbyn was a friend and supporter of the blood soaked Venezuelan despot Hugo Chavez but has had nothing to say about the poverty and misery being endured of late by the Venezuelan people as a result of the same socialist policies he wants impose to on the British people.

Like every socialist from North Korea to Greece, Corbyn is incapable of understanding that their economically illiterate policies always end with bankruptcy, poverty, misery and, as the Greek people are finding out, authoritarianism.

In resource rich Venezuela, the supermarket shelves are empty of everything from toilet paper and condoms to food. In age old socialist fashion, the current economic genius, President Nicolas Maduro, has ordered - ordered please note - farmers and the food industry to distribute between thirty and one hundred percent of their produce to the network of state run supermarkets amid a shortage of basic foodstuffs.

The fact that Donald Trump is ahead in the Republican primary and Jeremy Corbyn is ahead in the Labour Party race is confirmation that the people are waking up to the contempt with which they are held by the current political establishment who are prepared to let their own people be raped, robbed and murdered rather than enforce the law.

The American people are fortunate in that Donald Trump would make an effective President, certainly better than Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush, and most definitely better than Obama ever was, the British people are not so fortunate.

In their desperation for a real human candidate, as opposed to the usual establishment controlled automaton, they would elect an abomination like Jeremy Corbyn and end up in poverty and misery like the unfortunate victims of socialism in Greece and Venezuela.

Russell Brand - Sex, Drugs And Socialist Hypocrisy

It should come as no surprise to even the most casual observer that the media attention given to the views of chemically damaged celebrities such as Russell Brand has taken political discourse to abysmal levels of puerility.

Whether this is a deliberate policy to match the plummeting intellectual level of the electorate, or as a precursor to giving the vote to impressionable, celebrity obsessed sixteen year old kids, is a matter of debate. What is indisputable is the fact that the political views of celebrities like Brand are getting ever more prominence in the bought-and-paid-for media despite being manufactured and blatantly hypocritical.

Whenever there is an opportunity to push the 'progressive' agenda, especially where there is a celebrity involved, the taxpayer funded BBC can be relied upon to oblige. Despite being a phony with a reputation for imbecilic behavior and deranged ranting, he was invited to participate in Question Time, one of their flagship political programmes.

Brand is a self confessed drug and sex addict who's money making activities revolve around 'alternative' comedy, juvenile pranks and general anti-social behavior. Over time this has become stale, predictable and decidedly unfunny. His business managers together with his PR team and image consultants are having to change his public activities in order to keep the money rolling in.

As skilled as PR teams are in this age of spin and media management, his managers have got a challenge on their hands trying to transform an immature, drug addled narcissist into a serious political commentator.

Their efforts so far have consisted of a book of his thoughts, childishly referred to as his Booky Wookies, together with some incoherent, anti-establishment rants. These have been supplemented with some choreographed publicity stunts protesting against the economic system he uses to accumulate his personal wealth.

Russell Brand's money making machine have adopted the same tried and tested strategy used by wealthy celebrities the world over in order keep their client in the public eye thus maximising his revenue generating potential.

By attempting to identify their client with the poor and downtrodden and falsely adopting a political philosophy which involves equality of outcome and redistribution of wealth, Brand and his business managers show themselves up for the cynical, money grubbing exploiters they really are.

This kind of radical chic allows us, the informed public, to laugh at celebrities like Sean Penn who spouts solidarity with the working class and hob nobs with socialist tyrants like Hugo Chavez from atop a multi-million dollar personal fortune.

Russell Brand thinks we don't see the hypocrisy of extremely wealthy celebrities like George Clooney, Ben Afflick or Robert Redford, who make millions for making a single movie, talking about income inequality at a thirty thousand dollar per plate fund raising dinner for a socialist party.

Brand of course is no George Clooney or Robert Redford but he does share their penchant for radical chic and socialist hypocrisy while in pursuit of personal riches.

What his supporters, the BBC and the rest of the bought-and-paid-for media should take into account is the fact that Brand's brain has been damaged by drug abuse which could explain his deranged ramblings along with his eccentric and juvenile behavior.

I am not sure what constitutes a sex addict but I assume it is also detrimental to his mental well being. As a drug abuser he is addicted to narcotics whereby any craving can be satiated by a visit to his drug dealer. As a sex addict it depends on what he is attracted to before a craving can be satisfied.

Women would be the obvious choice but in a drug induced stupor it could men, farmyard animals, inanimate objects or perhaps a self administered five knuckle shuffle would suffice. One report indicated Brand had an encounter with a man in a public toilet which he put down to research or something, but either way it cannot have helped with his mental equilibrium.

It is the opinion of many impartial observers that whatever his problems or proclivities may be, it should be obvious to the media and the public at large that drug abuse and his sex addiction have affected his mental stability.

This may excuse his deranged rantings and eccentric behavior but his venture into the realm of revolutionary politics may very well be a part of a re-branding exercise designed to attract publicity and keep the revenue rolling in.

Like all celebrity socialists Brand takes it out on the messenger when confronted with his hypocrisy as he did with a rant at a Channel 4 reporter who questioned his sincerity during a recent rent protest in London.

Venezuela Goes Bust - International Socialists Suddenly Go Quiet

Here we go again, as yet another bankrupt country joins the rest of the socialist world in poverty, misery and bloodshed it is not surprising that those high profile apologists for this perverted creed have all gone quiet.

Where is the multi-millionaire hypocrite Sean Penn? Surely he has finished his mourning period for his hero, the incompetent blood drenched tyrant, Hugo Chavez?

Where is former President Jimmy Carter who, despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, pronounced Chavez's election victories as 'free and fair?

Where is Great Britain's high profile socialist and openly racist Member of Parliament for Hackney, Dianne Abbott, who championed Chavez and his successor, Nicholas Maduro?

Where, in fact, is their entire British Labour Party and Trade Union movement who, like the Hackney Hippo, hailed the policies of Chavez and Maduro as a shining example of socialism in action?

Enlightened people around the world would be unwise to hold their breath waiting for any of these cowards to stick their above the parapet and explain, not only the failure of socialism in Venezuela, but their support of it when all the historical evidence points to socialism's ultimate failure everywhere its been imposed.

It's difficult for normal people to understand why socialists/progressives find it impossible to learn the lessons of history or to work out that their beloved ideology always means eventual poverty, misery and bloodshed for unfortunate citizens on which it is imposed.

Maybe some socialist/progressive somewhere, just one would be enough, could help the informed people of world by letting them know where socialism has actually been a success. Just one country would do as it will at least give them something to look at and think about.

Maybe Penn, Carter, Abbot or any other socialist/progressive devotees could explain how a country blessed with an abundance of natural resources and with a population of only twenty nine million, can go bankrupt and descend into poverty, misery and bloodshed so quickly.

How can a country with abundant reserves of oil, petroleum, natural gas, gold, diamonds, iron ore, bauxite and hydropower go so spectacularly bust?

The informed people of the world warned of this disaster and continue to warn countries who are flirting with this malign ideology or who's political class are already embarking on this road to perdition. America and Great Britain please take note, socialism ain't going to work, not now not ever.

At this point, and for the benefit of socialist/progressives everywhere, its worth taking a quick audit of history to prove the point that they fail to address.

The USSR - the first official socialist country, reputed fifty million dead and descended into poverty and misery, except for the ruling political class. Finally collapsed under the weight of its own inefficiency.

East Germany and the East European Iron Curtain countries. Under the Soviet yoke of socialism with an untold death count. Widespread poverty, misery and bloodshed until its final collapse.

The Peoples Republic of China. Some fifty million dead with a population mostly made up of dirt poor peasants. The leadership are finally seeing the light and adopting a more capitalist economy. Since adoption of capitalism living standards have risen astronomically.

The Republic of Cuba. Tens of thousands of dead with widespread poverty, misery and bloodshed. This toilet of a country is starting to see the light and is currently on a mission to shrink the government and the public sector. Progress will be sporadic until long time tyrant, Fidel Castro, finally pops his clogs and goes downstairs to meet his maker.

The Peoples Democratic Republic of North Korea. A blood drenched socialist hell hole with hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, of dead civilians. Widespread poverty, hunger and misery. There is no sign of an end to the peoples purgatory, where is the United Nations?

Ba'athist socialist countries of the Middle East which include Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Syria etc. All blood soaked hell holes who are yet to emerge from the Dark Ages.

Zimbabwe, formally the bread basket of Africa which is now reduced to famine poverty, misery and bloodshed under the wests favorite Marxist, Robert 'Butcher Bob' Mugabe.

France, an advanced, modern economy going down the pan faster than their socialist President Hollande changes his mistresses.

There are more of course but that should be enough for the socialist/progressive community to be getting along with. As a courtesy it would be appreciated if the said community can give an example of a successful socialist economy to help balance the debate somewhat.

It is worth noting that hypocrites like Jimmy Carter, Sean Penn and the rest of the multi-millionaire acting crowd never, ever relocate to the places they champion such Venezuela or Cuba: they always adopt the lifestyles of the 1%, in the country that made them and under the economic system they claim to despise and want to replace.

The barking mad lunatic Dennis Rodman appears to be a frequent visitor to his new pal, the North Korean tyrant, Kim Jung Un, despite the fact he and his family are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. This nutcase knows where is bread is buttered and would never trade the capitalist USA for the socialist North Korea.

One has to feel some sympathy for the Venezuelan people in their hour of need despite the warnings that Chavez would lead them to ruin.

Its now incumbent upon the people of Great Britain and the USA to heed those same warnings and don't let our governments repeat the mistakes of Chavez, Castro, Mugabe et al.

British Labour Party Following France And Venezuela Down The Drain

When Venezuela recently became the latest in a long line of socialist failures one would have thought that politicians and advocates around the world would have learned from the bitter experience of its impoverished people.

How the late socialist tyrant Hugo Chavez aided by his successor, Nicholas Maduro, wrecked the economy of resource rich Venezuela should have acted as a salutary warning about how not to run an economy. Obviously the French socialists led by Francois Hollande were not paying attention, neither were the French people and now they are paying the price for their folly and greed.

The collapse of the French economy was inevitable the moment Francois Hollande was elected President on an unashamedly socialist ticket. The French people allowed themselves to be seduced by promises of increased welfare benefits, extended entitlements, shorter working hours, longer holidays, bigger pensions and the rest of the usual 'free stuff' - all paid for by taxing the 'rich'.

Along with cheating on his children and various mistresses, Hollande's name is synonymous with seventy five percent tax rates and a visceral hatred of the 'rich'. The fact that he is rich himself doesn't seem to register, but then again it never does with champagne socialists as the British can attest with a gang of their own, led by  Red Ed Miliband and his former leader Tony Blair.

The collapse of the French economy and the resignation of the entire government is a testament to the failure of socialist policies and France joins other ignominious failures such as the Soviet Union, China, North Korea, Cuba, Greece South Africa, Zimbabwe etc. To this list can be added Great Britain when under the Labour governments of Wilson/Callaghan and Blair/Brown.

As was widely predicted, there was an exodus of talent and capital from the country led by the high profile defection actor Gerard Depardeu to Russia.

London, even with its penal levels of taxation, is home to the biggest population of expatriate French people who have chosen exile over living in Hollande's France.

His remedy to cure France's economic problems didn't get off to a very good start with Hollande's appointment of another socialist Prime Minister to replace the former one. In an attempt at justification, it was explained that Manuel Valls is a 'right wing' socialist' whatever that means. (Presumably that makes the former Prime Minister, Jean-Marc Ayrault, a 'left wing' socialist)

On his painful return to earth and economic reality, Hollande's proposed cure for his own disastrous handling of the economy, which has seen unemployment rocket to record levels, includes, "lowering employers costs to spur job creation".

Just having to utter those blasphemous capitalists words must have been a painful experience for Hollande and it didn't get any easier. He also promised to "lower taxes, cut government spending and rethink the thirty five hour working week". Ouch! That must really have hurt.

In addition to these very un-socialist measures he is also begging indulgence from the EU bureaucrats with respect to France's EU commitments. This in itself is an admission that EU membership is an economic liability and a job killer, but I digress.

It is not only President Hollande and the French people who failed to learn about the socialist failures that have engulfed countries around the world from Venezuela to Zimbabwe, the British Labour party and its followers are no better. They are proposing the same disastrous policies of 'free stuff' paid for by the 'rich' to this very day.

The Labour Party leader, Red Ed Miliband was first out of the blocks congratulating Hollande on his election and lauding his economic policies. At this point Red Ed has made no comment about the economic collapse in France or the resignation of the Hollande government.

The fact that Red Ed is a life long Marxist is now accepted and that would explain his dedication to the socialist cause, but if anyone was under the impression that this mindless dedication is confined to the intellectually challenged, the emotionally retarded or the pimpled adolescents that frequent the student union bars, then they would be wrong.

Ed Balls, is one of the privileged elite who was expensively educated at an exclusive private school before going up to Oxford University. In line with the rest of the new cross party political order he gained a first class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Following this he won a Kennedy scholarship to Harvard University where he specialized in economics. They don't come more qualified in economics than Ed Balls.

One has to be incredibly good at economics to quote as Balls did,  "the post neo-classical endogenous growth theory".

For the uninitiated, the British Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer and senior Labour party figure, Ed Balls, is more than just the economic kamikaze pilot who, together with the misogynist Gordon Brown, crashed the British economy, he is also a bully and an insufferable ignoramus.

There are a multitude of contentious issues that surround this champagne socialist that clearly demonstrate just what a malignant piece of work he is.

Despite being as far removed as possible from the working class, and what to him are the great unwashed, his dedication to the socialist ideology that wrecked the British economy is absolute.

There is his inability to acknowledge, let alone apologise for, crashing the British economy and plunging millions of hard working families and pensioners into poverty.

There is his inability to acknowledge that there is any alternative whatsoever to the economic policies that have failed disastrously in France and Venezuela etc.

There is his willingness to participate in practices that would be considered as corruption outside of the cesspit of British politics that fixed it for him and his wife to enter Parliament representing neighbouring constituencies.

Then there is his willingness to push the boundaries of propriety in order for the British taxpayer to finance their champagne socialist lifestyle.

Ed Balls passes himself off as a champion of the poor and the downtrodden who, he claims, are victims of the dispassionate 'rich'. What he fails to mention that he his rich and privileged himself. He is also a member of the sinister Bilderberg group of elite global activists who, without a care for his carbon footprint,  has used the very unsocialist private jet of convicted felon Conrad Black for his personal transportation.

While working as editor of the Financial Times he was 'spotted' and groomed for high political office by person or persons unknown. He was given a manufactured position by the resident Labour Party loony Gordon Brown and 'parked' in the Smith Institute while a 'safe' seat was arranged for his entry into Parliament.

It is worth noting that:

a) The Smith Institute was a fake charity which according to many commentators was nothing other than a slush fund for Gordon Browns political aspirations. While waiting for his 'safe' seat Balls still had to bring home the bacon, so the Smith Institute paid him the princely sum of eighty nine thousand pounds for just two essays. Nice work if you can get it.

b) A 'safe' seat is one where the people mindlessly vote for party regardless of the damage it does to their own well being. The unscrupulous political class take full advantage of this collective stupidity to dump on the electorate a person who will follow the party agenda rather than represent the people.

After his manufactured entry into Parliament Ed Balls worked in the Treasury plotting the transformation of the British economy from a successful one into a catastrophic socialist one. When the Labour party won power in 1997 Gordon Brown was the Chancellor, so he Balls was appointed as the Minister for Children, Schools and Families - once there he set about wrecking the education system.

He instigated 'all must have prizes', grade inflation and made looking after every little bastard's self esteem a priority. He succeeded in churning out a generation of children who possessed high academic qualifications but who were barely literate and unable to master basic arithmetic.

It was working as Gordon Brown's boot boy and in his position as the Labour party's economic guru that Balls did the most damage.

In good old socialist fashion, they raised taxes and took spending to a whole new level; they fire hosed money into the black hole of unreformed public services, including the NHS, schools and welfare entitlements.

They expanded the government and its army of compliant bureaucrats that still blights the lives of the British people to this day.

They raised old taxes and instituted over one hundred new ones. Using fiscal drag they pushed more hard working people into the forty percent tax band than ever before.

Around forty two thousand pounds forces people into the forty percent tax bracket - when National Insurance contributions are taken into account, working class people are taxed at a punishing fifty two percent. Perhaps this is where Hollande got his ideas from.

They sold tons of Great Britain's gold reserves at a knock down price costing the taxpayer some four billion pounds.

They gave away Great Britain's rebate to the European Union, almost doubling taxpayers contributions for nothing in exchange.

They forced solvent banks to rescue insolvent ones causing both to crash.

The list of incompetence goes on and on but to cut to the chase, Balls, Brown, Miliband and the gang, increased taxes, spending and borrowing to record levels at the top of the economic cycle resulting in economic collapse, near bankruptcy and insurmountable debt.

It is sad to say that they, and the British people, have learned nothing from previous socialist failures. If the opinion polls are accurate, a general election held tomorrow would return the Labour party to office with Red Ed as Prime Minister and Ed Balls as Chancellor of the Exchequer, at which point it will be game over and the experience of the French people will be a tea party by comparison.

To end on a lighter note - The Labour party end their annual conference with the traditional singing of the communist anthem, The Red Flag.

I thought it would be fun to see Red Ed lead his party giving us a rendition. I came upon the lyrics and I think readers will find the second verse very apt considering recent events in France:

"Look around the Frenchman loves its blaze

 The sturdy German chants its praise

 In Moscow's vaults its hymns are sung

 Chicago swells the surging throng"

Hugo Chavez Kicks The Bucket - Socialists Mourn Their Celebrity Tyrant

Multi- millionaire 'progressives' from the entertainment industry are weeping tears of lamentation in their Hollywood mansions today after hearing the news that their favourite tyrant has shuffled off his mortal coil and joined his bloodsoaked comrades down below.

The smell of sulphur must be wafting through the nostrils of the late lamented Hugo Chavez as he passes through the rusty gates to spend eternity with his new BFF.

America hating super rich hypocrites like Sean Penn, Danny Glover, Oliver Stone(d) and the one and only Hanoi Jane Fonda, made themselves immune from the consequences of Hugo Chavez's devastating rampage through Venezuela, choosing instead to hide away in their marbled mansions counting their money and pretending not to notice their hero's abuses.

It goes without question that Chavez was a bloodsoaked tyrant of the very highest order and typical of socialist politicians the world over.

It takes a particular kind of genius to engineer abject poverty, food shortages, hyper-inflation and a culture of corruption, out of a resource rich country which includes one of the highest proven level of oil reserves on the planet.

In good old socialist fashion, Chavez nationalised large and small enterprises alike, closed down any newspaper that criticised his tyranny, jailed and tortured any brave members of the opposition, rigged elections, appointed family members and cronies into positions of power and above all, like good socialist despots the world over, he accumulated a personal fortune estimated at $2 billion looted from the very people he was supposed to be liberating.

One question which is frequently asked is, if Venezuela's socialist system is so good, why did Chavez have to go to a notoriously backward cesspit like Cuba to get cancer treatment? That doesn't say much about the Venezuelan health service after 14 years of Chavez's socialism.

Chavez was perhaps most famous for his visceral hatred of America and its free enterprise system, although that didn't prevent him from selling his products to the US which, incidentally, increased his own personal fortune in the process.

Chavez and Vice President Maduro also entertained the world with their clownish behaviour. This
included the claim that it was capitalism that ended life on Mars and the accusation that it was the Americans that gave him cancer.

Perhaps we should assume that it was the Americans that gave the Marxist dictator 'Butcher' Bob Mugabe of Zimbabwe syphilis or maybe it was Americans that afflicted his friend and fellow tyrant Fidel Castro, with old age and senility.

Speaking of old age and senility, ex President Jimmy Carter, who many claim to be the worse President in history, led the tributes to his fellow socialist Chavez.

Carter helped with this assessment of history when he claimed that Chavez's election wins were free and fair despite the mountain of evidence to the contrary.

For the record and for the benefit of Jimmy Carter:

Opposition candidates were routinely and violently harassed, arrested, imprisoned and sometimes murdered.

Opposition newspapers were closed down.

Television stations were banned from giving air time to opposition candidates while Chavez propaganda was broadcast for up to 20 hours per day.

Opposition candidates were starved of funding while Chavez gave himself access to the unlimited funds of the Treasury.

Uncounted ballot papers were found at rubbish dumps outside all the major cities.

If these elections were free and fair then Iran's Ahmedinajad is a tolerant, Jew loving pacifist.

Tributes to the dictator came from his fans and supporters the world over including, the aforementioned Iranian nutcase Mahmoud Ahmedinajad, Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed Morsi, the earths current homicidal mass murderer, Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

Unsurprisingly the British tributes to the late dictator were led by the wife beating, tax dodging communist Ken Livingstone. The ex Mayor of London did a deal for oil with Chavez in a political stunt to embarrass the British government. Livingstone also commended the universal Healthcare system set up by Chavez in Venezuela, which is so good he had to go to Cuba for cancer treatment.

There are at least 17 Hugo Chavez fans in the British House of Commons according to Early Day Motion 859 (EDM 859), which commends the bloodsoaked dictator for his 14 year Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela. They also go on to praise the integrity of the electoral process that returned him to power because it was monitored by Jimmy Carter.

The EDM omitted to mention the thuggery, ballot rigging and human rights abuses directed against the opposition candidates by their socialist hero.

One of the Chavez cheerleaders in the House was Ronnie Campbell representing the Blyth Valley. This passionate socialist is a dinosaur left over from the National Union of Mineworkers, who, together with communist activist Arthur Scargill, was responsible for the demise of the entire coal mining industry costing hundreds of thousands of jobs.

He was joined by Jeremy Corbyn, the long time militant who represents the people of Islington North. Comrade Corbyn is a member of the Socialist Action Campaign and a writer for the communist rag, the Morning Star.

Comrade Corbyn is one of the socialist hypocrites who campaigned for the prosecution of Chile's General Pinochet but remained silent on the abuses of General Galtieri of Argentina.

Bloodsoaked military juntas and dictators are acceptable so long as they are approved by Comrade Corbyn.

The Mansfield Chapter of the Hugo Chavez fan club is led their MP Alan Meale. Comrade Meale is a Trade Unionist and career politician who puts into practice his belief in the redistribution of wealth.

Meale redistributed $21,000 of hard earned money from the taxpayer to himself for 'gardening' services. Hugo would be proud of this socialist crony.

One of Great Britain's most notorious supporters of Hugo Chavez is passionate socialist Linda Riordan representing the people of Halifax. She is a member of the extreme left wing Socialist Campaign Group and is a committed redistributor of other peoples wealth.

In good Chavez fashion Riordan set about building her own wealth by renting out her taxpayer subsidised apartment in London to a fellow socialist MP, who recharged the cost to the same taxpayers. This left Riordan without a residence, so she rented another apartment and recharged that back to the much abused taxpayers. It would appear that taxpayers hard earned money is there for venal politicians to loot as they see fit.

Brave Linda Riordan also secretly paid back some fiddled expenses and claimed innocence by blaming a lowly volunteer for the error.

The people represented by these socialist hypocrites should pay particular attention what they are doing and saying in their name.

Treating a bloodsoaked tyrant such as Hugo Chavez as some kind of celebrity to be worshipped in the manner of Justin Bieber, does nothing but insult the tortured and murdered victims of his tyranny.

These people should be ashamed of themselves and they should be making every effort to help the abused people of Venezuela recover from 14 debilitating years of Hugo Chavez's socialist dictatorship.

In the interests of humanity and in respect for the victims of Hugo Chavez's brutality, I look forward to these MP's signing and Early Day Motion acknowledging the demise of this despot and committing themselves to the rehabilitation of the newly freed people of Venezuela.

Linda Riordan MP - Showing Contempt For Halifax and British Taxpayer

After some 6 weeks touring and visiting some of the most deprived areas of the Peoples Republic of S.Wales and some areas of England its good to be back at my keyboard.

The 24 hour news cycle determines that important issues, bad as they may be, are soon replaced and forgotten. This allows members of the Establishment, when have done despicable things, to make a quick conciliatory press release then lie low for a while to brazen it out in the certainly that their ill deeds will be forgotten and then its back to business as usual.

This appears to be the case with the taxpayer looting and uber socialist hypocrite Linda Riordan.

Just to remind ourselves of the issue surrounding this harpy. She is the Labour and Cooperative Party Member of Parliament for Halifax who was not on merit but from an all women shortlist.

She is from the hard left and is a member of the Socialist Campaign Group which was set up to rival the already far left Tribune Group, who apparently were not left wing enough.

Linda Riordan is joined in this cabal of lefties by racist hypocrite Diane Abbot who sees everything through skin colour and who gives her son an elitist education that she denies everyone else. Also in this gang is left wing hippy and Morning Star contributor Jeremy Corbyn together with the burned out old dinosaur and loudmouth Dennis Skinner.

Linda Riordan ticks all the boxes for Red Ed Miliband's future Parliamentary Labour Party in that she is, first and foremost, a woman. Apart from her gender she was a Labour councillor and the private secretary for the former member for Halifax. In other words she has no experience in the real world of  industry, business or wealth creation. She is from the hard left so she is a redistributionist ideologue and an authoritarian to boot.

Linda Riordan signed up to congratulate the communist tyrant Hugo Chavez on his election victory in Venezuela. Her and her fellow Chavez supporters claim the election was free and fair, after all they point out Jimmy Carter said it was. Chavez's re-election was also welcomed by fellow communists Jose Manual Barrosso and Herman von Rumpoy on behalf of the European Union.

That would be the same European Union that has replaced the democratically elected governments of Greece and Italy with their own technocrats and who refuse to recognise the results of referendums if they don't like the result.

During the Venezuelan election campaign Linda Riordan's hero Chavez closed down the privately owned television companies and radio stations forcing those that remained to broadcast hours of his speeches while denying opposition candidates any air time.

Chavez also closed down opposition newspapers, he jailed and tortured opposition candidates and is violently anti Semitic. Chavez finances terrorists and considers that other blood soaked despot, Iran's president Ahmadinajad, a brother.

Chavez has seized almost 200 private businesses and is implicated in drug running on behalf of the Colombian drug cartels.

Linda Riordan supports Chavez's disastrous socialist economic policies that have led to food shortages and rationing in an oil rich country.

One would think that with her dedication to the  communist cause, Linda Riordan would idolise the working class and one would think that her life would be devoted to supporting the working class and ensuring they keep the fruits of their labour.

If you think this would be the case then you couldn't be more wrong. Linda Riordan has nothing but contempt for the working class or her constituents in Halifax or their hard earned money.

As a hard left socialist she believes that the wealth of nation should be confiscated by the government and redistributed as they see fit.

That includes redistributing wealth from the pockets of her constituents into her own.

Linda Riordan has a house in her constituency and is also buying a taxpayer subsidised flat in London which would be out of reach for most of her constituents or any other working class people for that matter.

To any other decent person that would suffice but not Riordan. To supplement her generous salary, allowance and expenses package she rents out this London flat to Iain McKenzie, a fellow Labour MP at a profit and he claims this rent back off the taxpayer.

To rub the people's noses further into the dirt she then claims further accommodation allowance for herself payed for again by the taxpayer.

In a final money grubbing act of contempt for the people of Halifax and Great Britain, Linda Riordan employs her partner as a 'Senior Researcher' on an eye watering 42,000 pounds per year funded of course by us mugs, the taxpayers.

Also one would think that having been caught stuffing her and her partners' pockets with taxpayers money she would show some remorse and issue an apology. Again you would be wrong. In a typical piece of arrogance she demonstrates her sense of entitlement by issuing the standard press release with the usual worn out justification that it was 'within the rules'.

Typically, as ever by a Labour party MP immersed in the Mandelson, Gould, Campbell cult of spin, she is more concerned with the political fallout than contrition by stating that although it was "within the rules she is worried about the perception of her constituents and the wider general public."

The perception of her constituents and the public in general is that Linda Riordan is a common thief and a money grubbing socialist hypocrite who has no respect for her constituents or the taxpayers of this country.

Imposing her socialist ideology on the people of Great Britain is her mission in life and I implore the abused people of Halifax to do the decent thing and deselect the harpy.

Demonstrate to us all that you are not fodder to be used and abused to fulfil someone elses' political ambition.
