The Human Rights Industry - Rewarding The Guilty, Punishing The Innocent

It is now accepted as fact that every thought, word and deed of the modern political class is meticulously calculated to further their ideological agenda as opposed to ensuring the security and prosperity of their citizens.

On the contrary, in many cases this well-being is negatively affected as they impose their ideologically driven agenda on their distracted citizens.

The cynical use of universal human rights to further their agenda is one such issue that is exposed under even the most superficial scrutiny.

The idea that the 'progressive' global political elite along with the career bureaucrats of the UN/EU actually care about the condition of billions of people around the world is as preposterous as it is false. Only these elitists could justify imposing strict human rights requirements on the free democracies of the developed world while sucking up to, and doing lucrative business with the planet's most tyrannical totalitarian dictators.

The incorporation of European human rights laws into British law in 1998 by the Blair government is a classic example of agenda driven politicians cynically using historical horrors such as National Socialism and the Holocaust to progress the EU superstate agenda while amassing personal fortunes in the process.

The Council of Europe instituted the European Convention On Human Rights (ECHR) in 1953 in the aftermath of World War II with the intention of preventing the rise of regimes such as the Third Reich. But like all well intentioned projects it has been seized upon by an unscrupulous political class and used as a tool impose the EU agenda.

Great Britain was already a signatory to the ECHR and showing no signs of developing into a Nazi regime when the Convention laws were incorporated into British law. Despite the British having a centuries long history of developing liberties and individual freedoms this incorporation was solely designed to achieve the supremacy of EU law over British law - the supremacy of unelected EU bureaucrats over British judges and elected Parliamentarians.

Traditional British liberty and individual freedoms didn't begin in 1998 but began to coalesce as far back as 893AD when King Alfred the Great began codifying English laws. With a few ups and downs in between, it culminated in the signing of the Magna Carta in 1215. This was amended and modified over the centuries resulting in the Habeas Corpus Act of 1679, Bill of Rights of 1689, the Act of Settlement of 1701.

These documents are accepted to be the inspiration behind the founding documents of the United States of America, namely the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Without a shadow of doubt the incorporation of the ECHR into British law has been an unmitigated disaster for the British people and a boon for every foreign terrorist, murderer, rapist and violent criminal that makes it onto the British mainland in addition to being a money maker for the human rights industry; an industry stuffed with money grubbing lawyers that has grown out of all proportion to any actual demand from the British people.

It is worth noting at this point that Matrix Chambers was set up by Cherie Blair, wife of then Prime Minister Tony Blair, in April 2000 in order to cash in on this new human rights industry which exploded onto the scene in the aftermath of the ECHR incorporation.

Any attempt by the British Home Secretary to deport the above mentioned foreign terrorists, murderers, rapists and thousands of violent criminals are thwarted by the politically motivated bureaucrats that sit in judgement in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.

Furthermore they often award thousands of pounds of taxpayer money in 'compensation' if these dangerous criminals are not released onto the streets while awaiting judgement.

By his actions Tony Blair has demonstrated that he has no concern for human rights whatsoever; a venal operator who cynically used the issue to impose his Europhile agenda and make a personal fortune in the process. Since he incorporated ECHR into British law he has bombed and otherwise been instrumental in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians during the course of his illegal war. He has lucrative dealings with blood-soaked tyrants from the former Soviet republics as well as having had cordial relations with Colonel 'Mad Dog' Qaddafi of Libya.

While the UN/EU bureaucrats take the bastions of individual liberty such as Great Britain, America and Israel to task for supposed human rights abuses, they refuse to give equal concern to the serial human rights abusers of China, the decades long dictatorships of Africa, the Muslim tyrannies of the Middle East along with the socialist/communist dystopias of Central and South America.

As previously noted, human rights in Great Britain only apply to foreign terrorists and criminals who are trying to avoid deportation, they don't apply to the tens of thousands of under age white girls who were systematically groomed then raped and pimped out by Muslim paedophile gangs with the tacit approval of the government and it agents.

They don't apply to law abiding citizens who innocently go about their business and end up dead or victims of violent career criminal gangs who were allowed entry into the country unchecked and cannot be removed because of their 'human rights'.

In the run-up to recent election Prime Minister Cameron promised to correct this abomination but as ECHR is a requirement of EU membership and he remains committed to the United States of Europe the British people will continue to be denied their human rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.


   

Official - Great Britain No Longer Great Or Free

When faced with an awful reality, people tend to go into denial rather than face an unpalatable truth. Despite the constant humiliating put downs of their Prime Minister by foreign heads of state and European Union bureaucrats, there is still no overwhelming sense of outrage from the British people.

Plastic Prime Minister David 'Call Me Dave' Cameron is desperately trying to reverse the defection of his supporters to UKIP by using naked populism and by making false promises concerning the issues that mean most to the people. This should generate a modicum of support but suprisingly there is not the hostile reaction one would expect from the British people when their Prime Minister is being humiliated in the global media.

This public humiliation is a measure of the contempt with which 'Great' Britain is held by it's so called partners in the European Union. No sooner as 'Dave' makes an announcement to spin about immigration reform or welfare provision to immigrants, the bureaucrats are lining up to announce their unwillingness to grant him permission.

In simple language, the elected Prime Minister of 'Great' Britain is refused permission by unelected bureaucrats or foreign heads of state to enact regulations demanded by the people he is supposed to be representing. This is not a pooling of sovereignty, this is a loss of sovereignty.

Unelected EU Head of State, Herman von Rumpuy, is on record as saying that the individual nation state is dead and anyone who tells their people differently is lying. He also claims that seccession from the EU will result in war.

This Belgian totalitarian and his sidekick, the unrepentant Maoist, Jose Manuel Barrosso wield more power over the British people than their own impotent Prime Minister.

Apart from being chastised by French playboy President, Nicolas Sarkozy, before his fall from grace, 'Dave' has received public put downs from the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and the Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, neither of whom has received a single vote from the British people.

The most recent act of humiliation for 'Dave' came from the unelected European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, Laszio Andor. He referred to 'Dave's' plans for immigration and welfare reform as "knee jerk xenophobia" and even more insulting they were dismissed as  "unintelligent politics".

For the record, Laszio Andor is an Hungarian 'progressive' academic who has not received a single vote from the British people and, commensurate with his ludicrous job title, he is a Member of the Board for the Hungarian Socialist Party.

'Dave's' signature promise to the British people is that he will renegotiate membership, repatriate powers that have already been seceded to the Eurocrats and then hold a referendum on the new terms of membership....................after the next election and only if he is elected!

The French and German governments have swatted him aside like an irritating fly by ignoring his calls for renegotiation talks. The rest of the Eurocrats have also indicated their refusal to participate in any talks also. Perhaps 'Dave' could borrow the Iron Lady's famous handbag, if only to give him a bit of courage and to boost his morale.

It must also be remembered that the unelected politicians who masquerade as judges at the European Court of Human Rights will not allow the British government to deport Al Qaeda terrorist Abu Qatada despite accepting that he is a highly dangerous individual.

Recent shocking revelations further demonstrate the impotence of the British government in the face of European Union demands.

Violent career criminal and illegal immigrant Davodreza Abasbahi-Gotti cannot be deported on account of his human rights. This piece of human garbage came to the UK in 2002 was refused permission to stay in 2009. He has 40 criminal convictions and served 3 terms in prison. His lawyers are being funded by the taxpayer in addition to his housing, health and welfare costs.

Currently there are 4000 criminals fighting deportation using the human rights swindle.

Those of the British people who exist outside the remote political class, would like their representatives to put an end to this shambles but these same 'representatives' steadfastly refuse to do so because their bosses in Brussels will not allow them permission.

The British people must accept the uncomfortable truth, that when these unelected totalitarians chastise the British Prime Minister in the global media for promising to do the job that he is elected to do, it's all over, the game is up, Great Britain has been reduced to a Vichy state and their Prime Minister is nothing more than a Satrap for foreign rulers.

One cannot imagine Sir Winston Churchill being treated in this humiliating fashion by what are nothing more than political pygmies and totalitarians. One also cannot imagine the British people of his day putting up with it either. Something has happened to the British people that has sent them into a trance, it has robbed them of their will to fight for what is theirs by birthright, their country free, just and sovereign.

Desperate Politicians Take Lying To A Whole New Level

I was lucky in that I was born and bred in an age where lying was considered as bad a crime as stealing. No shake of the head, time outs or sitting on the naughty step for five minutes. Punishments lasted until apologies had been accepted and the lessons about lying etched on the mind. Being labelled a liar was equally as bad as being labelled a thief.

No rational person takes kindly to being lied to on account of being patronised, demeaned and insulted, but what makes it worse is being lied to by a person in whom trust has been invested.

It should be obvious by now, even to the dumbest of observers, that the modern day politician has turned lying into art form.

There is no bigger practitioner of this than British Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg. He has either been well trained in the art of lying or he just can't help himself. He does it all the time without apology or shame.

Clegg's reaction to the successful appeal against deportation by Muslim terrorist Abu Qatada yesterday, is a classic example.

Since its imposition on the British people, Clegg has been the most vocal supporter of the Human Rights Act. Qatada is being allowed to stay in  Great Britain because of this Act.

The British people are outraged by this travesty of justice, so Clegg is now telling the people that he wants Qatada deported despite the fact that it is his beloved HRA that is preventing his removal.

Clegg's famous pledge over tuition fees was exposed as lie after the release of confidential papers and this should have served as a lesson for both Clegg and the electorate. Neither have taken note because Clegg still lies and the electorate still believe him.

The question for Clegg is simple: if he really wants an acknowledged "extremely dangerous individual" like Abu Qatada deported, will he support the deportation of the equally dangerous career criminal and child killer Aso Mohammed Ibrahim?

After killing an innocent child and serving only 2 months in prison, the illegal immigrant Ibrahim was allowed to stay on account of his 'human rights' being protected by Clegg's HRA.

To Clegg and the so called justices "the risk to the public was not a relevant consideration under Human Rights law" so Abu Qatada and Ibrahim get to stay on publicly financed welfare benefits for the rest of the miserable lives.

Nick Clegg was not the only one lying through his teeth yesterday. His boss, the pretend Prime Minister David 'Call Me Dave' Cameron, was at it too over mass immigration.

Terrified by the public reaction to the mass immigration disaster and coupled with the imminent arrival of thousands Romanian and Bulgarian beggars and criminals, 'Dave' is going overboard making promises he knows he won't keep.

The latest whoppers in his campaign of 'making Great Britain unattractive to immigrants and ending the countries reputation for welfare and health tourism' are both desperate and blatant. Its not working because the people know his reputation for lying and refuse to believe him anymore.

'Dave' is going to put a stop to legal and illegal immigrant children getting a free education. He is also going to stop new immigrants from getting cash welfare benefits, free health care and free housing.

Dave 'Pants on Fire' Cameron has already been told by Britain's real Prime Minister, the EU Head of State Herman von Rumpoy, that he will not be permitted to do any of this.

'Dave' knows this, the people know this, and 'Dave' knows that the people know this, but in his desperation, he continues to spout forth with lies and falsehoods.

To compound his humiliation, the Swedish Prime Minister, Fredrik Reinfeldt has chastised him for telling these untruths, declaring that 'Daves' promises "are unfortunate". Incidentally, Fredrik believes in unlimited immigration and presides over a country where it is forecast that 50% of Swedish women will be raped at some point in their life by a Muslim man.

Thanks for the advise Fredrik but the only thing that's unfortunate is your Premiership of Sweden, at least for your womenfolk it is.

The reason for 'Dave's' sudden outpouring of false promises is the panic attack he is undergoing because he is on course to be a one term Prime Minister. He knows that his pro European, 'progressive' agenda has been rejected by the people and he is going to pay the price with defeat and then his job.

It could be said that 'Dave' and Clegg have modelled themselves on that other great European, Charles de Gaulle who is quoted as saying:

"In politics it is necessary to betray one's country or the electorate. I prefer to betray the electorate".  The difference being that 'Dave and Clegg are betraying both.

Al Qaeda Terrorist Wins Another Appeal - British Government No Longer In Control

The news that Al Qaeda terrorist Abu Qatada has won yet another appeal against deportation is another bitter blow for the British people for several reasons. The first reason being that this low life gets to remain in Great Britain funded by welfare benefits, which are paid for by the very people he hates and who want him removed.

Secondly, the so called Justices have dictated that although he is a very dangerous individual, he cannot be deported on Human Rights grounds, therefore he cannot be held in prison indefinitely, regardless of the danger he poses to the British people.

This means that for their own protection, the British people have to pay up to $7,500,000 per year to keep him under surveillance.

Thirdly, all Qatada's legal bills are paid for by the British people to the tune of $1,000,000 and rising. Justice like this is unavailable to the British people on the grounds of cost.

Fourthly and most depressingly, it is final proof that the British government is impotent and can no longer run the country in the interests of the British people. The country is being run by some supranational entities with the connivance of a political elite who have nothing but contempt for the people they claim to represent.

Since Tony Blair's 'New' Labour government enshrined the European Human Rights legislation into British law, the people have had to suffer one humiliation after another as their country has become a safe haven for the worst criminal low lifes the world has vomited forth.

The truth is that prior to the incorporation of HRA into law, there was no problem with human rights in Great Britain. Common sense prevailed with the Home Secretary having the power, after consultation, to remove or refuse entry to anyone who was 'not conducive to the public good'.

Since the incorporation of this pernicious law, Great Britain has become a welfare funded home for terrorists, murderers, rapists, paedophiles, violent criminals etc. who cannot be deported because of their 'human rights'.

By their decisions, these judges have indicated that the victims of these criminals not only have no justice in their own country but they have no human rights either.

What kind of government allows the situation to arise where the human rights of  low life, foreign, criminals takes precedence over the human rights of their innocent victims, many of them children?

For the British people there is no recourse and they are now suffering the consequences of the political class surrendering their sovereignty to the unelected politicians of the European Union and the United Nations.

Conservative Party leader David Cameron, Labour Party leader Red Ed Miliband and the Home Secretary Theresa May, have all expressed their revulsion and frustration at their inability to deport Abu Qatada but they all refuse to remove the obstacles that keep him here despite having the power to do so.

Red Ed Miliband's protestations are doubly hypocritical as it was a Labour government of which he was a prominent member that imposed the HRA on the people in the first place.

Its must be mentioned that the Liberal Democrat leader Nick 'Calamity' Clegg is a big supporter of the HRA and has proudly made his intentions clear that he will never support its repeal.

In an expression of utter contempt for the victims of foreign criminals, Clegg unashamedly claims that it's a good thing that the criminal low lifes are allowed to stay as it demonstrates how civilised the British people are.

It would be appropriate that the voters of Eastleigh and Sheffield Halam should take note of what Clegg is saying on their behalf and examine their consciences.

It is worth noting that the Clegg family use their taxpayer funded wealth to insulate themselves from the crime infested ghettos that they have created for the rest of the people. The chances of this elite family becoming the victims of the foreign criminals that Clegg protects is extremely remote.

While Abu Qatada and the rest of the global criminals enjoy their taxpayer funded life in the world's biggest welfare resort, the British people's living standards are dropping faster than the temperature.  Meanwhile their government is obsessing about Man Made Global Warming, (now renamed 'Combating Climate Change'), homosexual marriage, raising booze prices, spending, borrowing and taxing the people into penury.

The British people deserve better and the crimes committed against them by the political class should be remembered at the ballot box. Roll the May elections.

Failed Asylum Seeker's Human Rights - Politicians v The People

The problem of holding politicians to account for their appalling and sometimes criminal behavior can be partly explained by the rise of social media coupled with the 24 hour news cycle. These in turn have been visited on a pivotal group of people who are easily distracted and who have the memory span of a goldfish.

News stories, no matter how horrendous, are forgotten within a small period time, having been displaced by the latest asinine behavior of the Kardashians or the mutterings from the latest boyfriend/girlfriend of Justin Bieber.

Politicians, who have been trained in the art of pin and media manipulation (at public expense), use this phenomenon to cover up their behavior or to make promises they know they will not keep. This is on account that they will be forgotten the minute Bieber carries out another act of imbecility or some tattooed, body pierced, inbred moron announces he has made his sister pregnant on the Jeremy Kyle Show.

I recently trawled through old articles to look at stories which caused outrage at the time and which solicited similar outrage by the political class. They, in turn, made a raft of promises which matched the seriousness of the issue but which were quietly dropped at the earliest possible opportunity and which accomplished nothing in the end.

The long forgotten news story which caught my attention was the horrific case of 12 year old Amy Houston and her killer Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, a failed asylum seeker and career criminal from Iraqi Kurdistan.

It is an indisputable fact that despite the faux outrage, the weasel words, and the promises of action, the situation remains identical today as it was when the story broke some ten years ago in November 2003.

A brief history of the case is as follows:

Amy Houston was a typical 12 year old who was on her way to the store to buy a CD of her favourite boy band when Ibrahim mounted the kerb and hit Amy, forcing her under the wheels of his car.

Ibrahim fled the scene leaving Amy with injuries so severe they would eventually cost her her life.

Aso Mohammed Ibrahim was about as low a life as it is possible to be and despite having the opportunity to start a new life in Great Britain he immediately embarked on a criminal career which for some reason the UK Border Agency (UKBA)  together with the police and the criminal justice system chose to ignore.

He sneaked into Britain on the back of a lorry in January 2001 and claimed asylum. This was declined in July 2001. His appeal against the decision was declined on November 2002.

At this point there was no reason to prevent Ibrahim being deported or at least detained, pending deportation. The UKBA still does not have the human decency to give Amy's family the reason that they failed to act. Had they taken action to deport Ibrahim, then Amy would be alive today.

Those in the UKBA who let Ibrahim go free must be held responsible in the same manner as a Company Director would have been under the Corporate Responsibility rules.

The police and the Criminal Prosecution Service are accomplices by the fact that they only charged Ibrahim with leaving the scene of an accident and driving whilst disqualified, a crime for which he was already on bail for. They could have charged him with murder, manslaughter or at the very minimum, dangerous driving.

The Criminal Justice System are accomplices because they sentenced him to an unbelievably lenient 4 months of which he served only 2.

To give this outrage some kind of perspective, an innocent 12 year old girl was mown down by an illegal immigrant who had no legal right to be driving.  This young girl eventually dies from her horrendous injuries and the killer only serves 2 months in prison.

Whatever the multi-cultural apologists claim in mitigation, this punishment does not fit the crime.

On his release from prison one would think Ibrahim would be on the first flight back to Kurdistan but for some unknown reason the UKBA failed to act.

Ibrahim goes on to commit multiple crimes including possession of cannabis, burglary, theft, driving whilst disqualified and uninsured, harassment, damage to property and even more theft.

To cap it all Ibrahim was arrested for domestic violence against his so called 'wife' and bound over to keep the peace.

What is obvious, even to the most ardent supporter of the multi-cultural transformation, is that Ibrahim was shown leniency in his dealings with the police, the CPS and the judiciary that no ordinary British citizen would have been allowed.

As with the Rotherham, Rochdale and Oxford Muslim paedophile gangs, it would appear that cultural sensitivities took precedence over justice in this sad case also.

On the 17th October 2008, five years after Amy's tragic death, Ibrahim was arrested prior to deportation, which was scheduled for two days later on the 19th.

On the eve of his removal and again for reasons unknown, the UKBA allowed Ibrahim to make a fresh appeal to remain in the UK under the dubious claim that he had developed a relationship with a woman and had fathered two children by her.

The rest of the story is depressingly familiar to the much abused, law abiding British people. Despite lack of any proof that he had married plus evidence from neighbours that Ibrahim had only occasionally visited her residence, he was given leave to remain on account of his 'right to family life' under the pernicious Human Rights Act.

In modern Britain, fathering a child and walking away is considered a normal part of everyday life and is not indicative of a family life.

Amy's father, Paul Houston, campaigned tirelessly for the killer of his beloved daughter to be removed, only to be ignored by the political class and the appointed 'progressive' judiciary who are following their own political agenda instead of applying the law.

Supporters of the Human Rights law claim that the judges are being unfairly criticised because they are only interpreting the law as it stands and it is up to the politicians to amend a bad law.

This is the usual nonsense spouted by the 'progressive' multi-culturalists who will try anything to cover up the misdeeds of their accomplices in the judiciary.

On the Justice For Amy website, Paul Houston quotes Article 8(2) of the Human Rights Act and this gives a clear indication that the likes of Ibrahim can be deported without compromising the law.

"There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, public safety, or the economic well-being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others".

Within that section of the law there is scope for deporting Ibrahim but the sad fact is that the judiciary are politically motivated and are openly helping the political class with their transformation agenda.

The politicians at the time of this tragedy were 'outraged' that Ibrahim was not deported and were promising all manner of actions to prevent re-occurrence of this perverted decision.

Jack 'the weasel' Straw promised to meet the family and to organise a meeting with other senior politicians; for what benefit is not made clear. What is abundantly clear is that Jack Straw was Home Secretary and a top Cabinet member when the Human Rights Act was incorporated into British law.

David ' Call Me Dave' Cameron promised he would repeal the Human Rights Act and replace it with a British Bill of Rights and Responsibilities, but since hooking up with his fellow 'progressives' who are masquerading as Liberal Democrats, this has been kicked into the long grass never to be seen again.

All the politicians of the day expressed outrage and sympathy for the Houston family but despite their crocodile tears nothing has changed; the situation is exactly the same and tragically, the British people have moved on with the conditions that allowed a killer to remain Great Britain totally unchanged.

When the next Amy Houston is tragically killed by an illegal, criminal low life, the very same thing will happen again. 

The criminal will be allowed to stay if he can knock out a kid, and there's plenty of old slappers out there who could use the extra child benefit or the money to fuel their drug habit.

In cases such as this, the human rights of the criminal/terrorist/murderer/rapist outweigh the human rights of their innocent law abiding victims and the same will apply should the same crime happen today.

Senior politicians such as Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, Kenneth Clark, Vince Cable, Lord Heseltine together with the entire Labour and Liberal Democrat political parties, have vowed that they will never alter in any way, let alone repeal the Human Rights Act. This in spite of the expressions of sympathy with the victims of Ibrahim.

By ignoring the fact that the vast majority of the British public despise this Act and all it's works, this political rabble and their cronies are showing absolute contempt for the very people they claim to represent.

This cannot continue and hopefully the rise of the Independents, including UKIP, will continue apace and the current political shysters will be deposed and booted into the dustbin of history where they belong.

The Lemmings Of Eastleigh - Electors Choose Euro Bondage Over Sovereignty

If proof were needed that propaganda coupled with a dumbed down electorate can produce the desired result then the Liberal Democrat victory in the Eastleigh byelection confirms it to be true.

The byelection was caused by the resignation of their sitting MP, Chris Huhne, on the grounds that he was a serial liar and convicted criminal. Huhne compounded his crimes by cheating on his wife and children when he unceremoniously dumped them and ran off with his man/girlfriend.

Apologists claim that Huhne's lying, cheating and criminal behavior was an isolated case, but history and recent events have proved to the contrary. This type of appalling behavior and subsequent cover ups is quite normal for the Liberal Democrats.

The latest revelations that their former Chief Executive and election strategist, the noble Lord Rennard, was a sexual predator should have caused the electorate of Eastleigh to think again, but the further revelation that the party hierarchy, including Nick Clegg, lied to the people in a sophisticated cover up should have ended the their challenge right there.

With this knowledge in the public domain one must wonder what the Lib Dem voters of Eastleigh were thinking.

To add insult to injury, it is universally acknowledged that Nick 'Calamity' Clegg and his senior lieutenants are serial liars who will say or do anything to get elected, the fact that some people continue to fall for their spin, time and again, makes one wonder about the ability of the Lib Dem voters to process information.

Nick Clegg and the Liberal Democrats are fanatical, self loathing Euro Federalists. They believe that Great Britain should give up its sovereignty and be fully integrated into a United States of Europe.

Despite its abject and disastrous failure, the Liberal Democrats believe that Great Britain should abandon its currency and join the Euro. Clegg and his cronies are on record as saying that Britain will join at some stage and the sooner the better. That is fanaticism writ large.

This is the same Euro that has impoverished the Mediterranean countries together with Portugal and Ireland.

In addition to the insanity of the Euro, Nick Clegg and his Liberal Democrats believe passionately that Great Britain must retain the Human Rights Act and must remain subject to European Court of Human Rights.

This has visited disaster on the British people by allowing foreign criminals, including terrorists, murderers, rapists, violent sex offenders and paedophiles, to remain in the country financed by the taxpayer.

Nick Clegg and the Lib Dems also believe in the open border mass immigration policy. This policy is responsible for decivilising the country and has brought nothing but misery to the British people.

By choosing a Liberal Democrat, it is incumbent upon the people of Eastleigh to put out the welcome signs for the tens of thousands of economic migrants and criminals who's arrival from Romania and Bulgaria will begin in January 2014.

When Eastleigh is transformed into the same type of multi-cultural, crime ridden ghetto that infests so many other areas of the country, the Lib Dem voters shouldn't waste their time complaining, no one will be listening. This is what you voted for, you have brought it on yourselves.

On the very day that the unelected European Head of State, the Belgian totalitarian Herman von Rumpuy insulted and threatened the British people, the voters of Eastleigh paid homage to him by returning a European federalists to Westminster as their MP.

In a speech he delivered in the capital city of the country he despises so much, von Rumpoy referred to Great Britain as that "grumbling island" and then went on to threaten "that they will pay a high price if they vote to leave the European Union".

Bring it on Herman, the only people who will be worried by your threats are the traitors and Quislings like Clegg, Huhne and the Kinnocks, who stand to lose their taxpayer funded Euro Pensions when the British people finally regain their freedom.

All is not doom and gloom and there is room for optimism. There a lot of well informed sensible people in Eastleigh who are obviously capable of rational thought.

The rejection of the two alternative 'progressive' candidates was particularly pleasing. The voters saw through the detoxified, trendy New Conservative Party and David 'Call Me Dave' Cameron must consider his position. He is an electoral liability and needs to be replaced by a conservative forthwith.

Red Ed Miliband's Labour Party and their comrades in the Trade Unionists and Socialist Alliance were humiliated. Combined they could only muster a paltry 9.8% of the vote. The dustbin of history awaits the socialists and their 19th century failed philosophy.

The performance of UKIP was a wonder to behold and should warm the cockles of every dissenting heart from Muckle Flugga to Lands End.

Hopefully, the right thinking people of Eastleigh have started a ripple of dissent that will turn into an earthquake during the next electoral cycle.

With some hard work and Gods blessing this will be the catalyst that starts the fight back and which will result in the British people reclaiming their country from the likes of Clegg, Cameron and Herman von Rumpoy.

Abu Qatada - Supra-Nationalism And The Impotency Of Government

The release from Belmarsh Prison of jihadi fanatic Abu Qatada, Osama bin Laden's right hand man in Europe, does more than just release a dangerous terrorist onto the streets of Great Britain. It is a clear indication of what happens when politicians, with complete disregard for the interests or well being of the people they govern, give away sovereignty without regard for any future consequences.

It is widely accepted that the Labour government came into office in 1997 with a long planned agenda to permanently transform Great Britain into an autocracy where the traditional ethic of individual liberty and responsibility is replaced with government mandated equality and fairness.

Multi-culturalism via open border mass immigration combined with rigidly policed political correctness was used as a wrecking ball to demolish traditional British culture and ethics. This was a part of the deliberate policy of permanent demographic and cultural replacement.

Before 1997, the Home Secretary, after investigation and consultation, had the authority to refuse entry or to deport anyone that was not "conducive to the public good" or they were "not in the interests of national security".

To prevent future governments from deporting anyone the Labour government removed this power by a combination of  the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act of 1997 and Human Rights Act of 1998.

These two actions, in effect, act as an amnesty for illegal immigrants or criminal legal immigrants.

The British government has signed away the peoples sovereignty in many critical areas to supranational entities such as the European Union, the United Nations and disastrously to the European Court of Human Rights.

In addition to social policy, industrial policy, economic policy and jurisprudence, the British government has ceded control over its borders to foreign powers. The government is now powerless to act in the interests of British people.

Yesterdays farce over the Abu Qatada deportation is a perfect illustration of the consequences to sovereignty and liberty of supra-nationalism.

They don't come much worse than Abu Qatada. He is a Jordanian citizen and he is committed to jihad via terrorism and bloodshed. He was the spiritual advisor to Mohammed Atta, the ringleader of the 9/11 terrorist gang. There is a worldwide embargo on Abu Qatada by the United Nations Security Council Committee 1267 because of his links to al Qaeda.

Theresa May the Home Secretary has indicated that she will appeal the decision yet again and the two most powerful people in the land, Prime Minister David Cameron and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg have expressed their frustration at the decision.

That statement by these two traitorous fools will have bureaucrats shaking in their boots with fear in Brussels.

This pair of committed Europhiles claim they want him deported as early as possible and that they fully understand the frustration of the British people.

No they don't, they are lying!! If they really understood our frustration then they would either change the system that allows this piece of filth to remain in the country or they would act in the interests of the British people and deport him regardless.

Other signatories such as France and Italy routinely act in the interests of their citizens by deporting undesirables.

The fact is that Cameron and Clegg are committed to the European Union of which the European Court of Human Rights is a condition of membership.

To add insult to injury, Abu Qatada and his family have been living on welfare benefits since they entered Great Britain on forged passports in 1993.  His legal bills are also paid for by the taxpayer.

I believe there are lessons to be learned from this shambles by the American people.

The President is on record as saying that he will find ways to govern America by bypassing Congress.

Supra-national obligations is an alternative method of getting long standing aspirations into effect. A classic example is the 2nd Amendment gun rights for the American people.

The constitutional right to bear arms has been the target of  'progressives' for decades. They will attempt to achieve this by using a United Nations binding supra-national treaty to bypass the Constitution.

The latest supranational area of control and redistribution thievery that is being discussed is the making of access to education, housing, health care and social security a basic human right for everyone on the planet by amending the UN Charter.

Those countries signed up to The United Nations Human Rights Charter will pay into a fund which will make these services available in the developing world. This is redistribution of wealth on a global scale and will cost the American taxpayer dearly.

The American people must be vigilant, monitor everything their government says and does.

These believe socialism is inevitable, they believe it is their destiny, they will never ever give up.
