One of the more worrying instincts of the modern political class is their tendency to lapse into totalitarianism whenever their actions are opposed or even questioned by the people they are supposed to serve.

At the same time as the unelected global elite are working relentlessly to remove a democratically elected president in the United States and to overturn the democratic Brexit referendum result in Great Britain they have declared Twitter and Facebook to be the enemies of democracy.

The advent of social media has allowed billions of people around the free world to communicate with each other without their discourse first being laundered through the various government propaganda machines where unorthodox and unapproved opinions are challenged or removed.

For decades the global ruling elite have had a monopoly on the means of communication and as a result they have used insidious propaganda to impose groupthink on pre-conditioned minds. Social media led by Twitter and Facebook ended their monopoly allowing alternative opinions to challenge their imposed orthodoxy.

It is the alternative to this imposed orthodoxy that resulted in the election of a political outsider in the USA and the British people voting to liberate themselves from the corrupt, authoritarian European Union.

The reaction of the global elite was not to accept the will of people but to clamp down on their ability to exchange opinions freely which they regard as one of the the root causes of their defeat. In the process they have confirmed what the people already knew, i.e. they do not believe in democracy or the freedoms that have been hard won and paid for in blood over the centuries.

These freedoms include the inalienable right to freedom of speech which in turn is one of the pillars of democracy.

Their attacks on freedom of speech have been gathering pace since the gap between what the people want and what the elite are imposing became an unbridgeable yawning chasm.

Recent actions by the leaders of the European nation states shatters once and for all the idea that they believe in democracy or that they have anything but contempt for the people they have sworn to serve.

The following headlines demonstrate their willingness to use totalitarian methods to silence and intimidate anyone who questions their globalist agenda.

And so it goes on; from Italy and Greece to Ireland and the Netherlands, censorship is the order of the day because the ruling elite refuse to respect and implement the will of the people.

As democracy is undermined, the people of Europe have no way to redress their grievances and as their countries and cultures are willfully destroyed their only recourse will be civil disorder and violence.

Three news stories from the Sceptred Isle demonstrate how far Great Britain has been degraded from the global superpower that brought civilization and development to twenty-three percent of the world’s population and administered twenty-four percent of the world’s landmass down to something resembling the backward, undeveloped territories they first encountered.

Although the British Empire took just over two centuries to reach its zenith, it took British civilization some five thousand years to develop from Stonehenge c.4000BC to the Bill of Rights in 1689 through to Universal Suffrage in 1918.

In addition, at great cost in blood and treasure and with the help of its allies, Great Britain fought and won two great wars for civilization against enemies so debased that had they prevailed they would have set back civilization centuries.

   

It would be foolish to deny that during the course of British ascendancy mistakes were made as was the case with all empires but on balance the contribution of the British to civilization around the world far outweighs the negatives.

During this evolution of civilization abolitionist William Wilberforce and his fellow campaigners fought a twenty year battle to abolish slavery culminating in the Abolition of Slavery Act in 1833. Wilberforce and his friends were unashamedly Christian and let it be known that their crusade was guided by religion, morality and education.

By design rather than accident of history so-called ‘progressives’ have driven these virtues from public life as part of the managed decline of the country and as a consequence Great Britain has seen the return of slavery to every major town and city. Likewise the grooming and gang rape of underage white girls by racist gangs of Muslim men and acid attacks on unsuspecting members of the public have entered the public domain.

The modern political class has stood by and watched this descent into barbarity and done nothing to stop it, in fact their inaction over the decades is proof positive it’s a deliberate policy to downgrade the nation.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) has reported that modern slavery and human trafficking are more prevalent than previously thought with 300 live policing operations in every major town and city in the country. It also said that previous estimates of between 10,000-13,000 victims were found to be the “tip of the iceberg”.

To the eternal shame of the political class who allowed this to happen, some of the victims of this modern day slavery and human trafficking are children. (See here)

Equally shaming for the political class is their tolerance and tacit approval of Muslim grooming gangs who like slavery and human trafficking gangs have been allowed to operate in every major town and city across the land.

These sub human barbarians gang raped and pimped out 1,200 underage white girls in the English town of Rotherham until they were apprehended in 1997. This horrific abuse was perpetrated with the full knowledge, and therefore approval of, the police, the education system, the Member of Parliament and most horrifically the local authority including the child welfare department.

When the Rotherham grooming gang scandal first surfaced in 1997 the British public were led to believe that this was a one-off scandal exposed and rolled up in the nick of time. The majority of the British public was unaware that Muslim grooming gangs have continued to operate in hundreds of towns and cities across the country to the present day, gang raping and pimping out underage white girls on an industrial scale with the tacit approval of the authorities. Now added to this are acid attacks whereby acid is thrown in the faces of unsuspecting victims for the purpose of robbery or punishment for recalcitrant women in the Muslim community. (See here)

These are in addition to other barbaric horrors that are prevalent and tolerated such as the genital mutilation of young girls, incest, child brides, polygamy and pedophilia to name but a few.

This is the sort of uncivilized barbarity one expects in backward, third world hell holes populated by illiterate savages that have yet to emerge into the modern era not in 21^st century Great Britain.

This deliberate degrading of Great Britain in the name of the global equality of nations has been in progress for decades but has accelerated since the Blair government opened the borders to all and sundry in 1997 regardless of their position on the evolutionary scale.

But for the global political elite and their ‘fundamental transformation’ agenda there’s no reason that the upward movement toward greater civilization could not have continued in perpetuity for the good of all mankind. The last generation must be turning in their graves at what has become of the country they fought and sacrificed so much for.

Great Britain's Time To Choose - Independence Day Or Subjugation Day

In 1973 the British people were deceived into joining what was then the Common Market by Prime Minister, Edward Heath, with the promise that it was nothing more than a benign customs union between the major nations of Europe.

The real intention to replace the independent nation states of Europe with a single post democratic state was to be kept from the people since their consent could not be guaranteed.

Sovereignty was to be transferred using a series of Treaties each being disguised as being of economic benefit. This was communicated to Heath by none other than one of the so-called founding fathers of the EU, Jean Monet:

"Europe's nations should be guided towards a superstate without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose, but which will eventually and irreversibly lead to federation"

In what has become the standard method of modern political campaigning, those brave souls who opposed the establishment agenda and told the truth were demonised, vilified and smeared.

And so it came to pass, the treaties came as planned each falsely presented as being of economic benefit and national sovereignty was transferred piecemeal. Since the treaty of Paris in 1951, there followed the Treaty of Rome in 1957, the Merger Treaty in 1965, Schengen Agreement 1985, Single European Act 1986, Maastricht Treaty 1992 and the Amsterdam Treaty 1997.

Finally in 2007 came the Lisbon Treaty which is in reality the EU constitution. These treaties have created the European Central Bank, the Euro, the European Court of Justice and the European Parliament along with a European flag, a national anthem and will soon to be recognized as a state in it's own right by the United Nations.

The European Parliament cannot initiate or vote down legislation, this is the sole perogative of the unelected European Commission.

Consequently, and as planned, sovereignty has been transferred from democratically elected legislators in the national parliaments to unelected bureaucrats in the European Commission.

The mission started in 1951 by people such as Jean Monet has finally came to fruition by 2016. The people of Europe have been disenfranchised.

Europe is on fire, the whole superstate project has been a complete and utter disaster for the people of Europe except for the governing elite who enjoy unlimited power and the riches that bestows.

The British have a choice today to put an end to this misery by choosing freedom over tyranny which in turn will galvanize the rest of Europe to follow suit and bring the whole corrupt edifice crashing down.

If they choose subjugation then Europe will enter a new dark age of division and violent conflict made infinitely worse by adherence to a perverted ideology that guarantees poverty and serfdom for the many and untold riches for the few.

Whoever Wins The British Election England Will Lose

As the British people go to the polls in what has been described as the most important election in a generation, the outcome has never been more assured. England and its people will lose by a huge margin.

With seventy five percent of British laws coming from the European Union, all the major players who will eventually form a coalition government are committed to surrendering the other twenty five percent.

What the British people are voting for is the right of their chosen candidate to wield the rubber stamp for the deluge of laws and regulations that will inevitably pour forth from Brussels when their candidates take power on Friday.

The election itself is too close to call and it is predicted that no single party will have enough seats to form a government on its own. The party with the most seats will most likely form a coalition government in harness with one or more of the minor parties.

With the exception of the United Kingdom Independence Party, referred to as Ukip, and some remaining diehards in the Conservative and Northern Irish parties, all the remaining parties that are available for coalition are anti-English.

The Labour Party's move to the far left has been dramatic since the trade union sponsored Marxist, Ed Miliband, was installed as its leader. His entire family led by his late father, Adolph, has been dedicated to the downfall of Great Britain with a communist system being installed in its place.

Red Ed as he is known is committed to Great Britain surrendering whats left of its sovereignty and  being fully absorbed in the United States of Europe federal superstate. Further more he has let it be known that the British people will not be consulted or have a say via a referendum. In true Marxist fashion his contempt for the people is total.

The Scottish Nationalist Party, known by its initials the SNP, despise the English with unbridled passion. They will do everything in their power to break up the current United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and set up an independent socialist country governed by Scots in Edinburgh.

Their visceral hatred for England and the English people has blinded them to the fact that an independent Scotland will be governed, as now, by EU bureaucrats in Brussels and not locally grown socialist ideologues in Edinburgh.

In tandem with the SNP, the Welsh Party, known as Plaid Cymru, is another English hating nationalist party that espouses an independent socialist country governed by them in Cardiff. Like the SNP they haven't quite worked out how they will do this when all power to legislate will be held in Brussels.

The Welsh people are renown for their blind obedience to the Labour Party no matter how their loyalty has been abused over the years, therefore Plaid Cymru are seen more as an irritant as opposed to a serious political player.

If they throw they hands in with the SNP and Red ED's Labour Party they may be able to extract some concessions but their influence over all will be minimal.

The ridiculously named Liberal Democrat Party is a disgrace to political life and to democracy itself. This party is nothing more than a well financed group of power hungry charlatans and consummate liars who traverse the country saying whatever needs to be said to any particular group in order to secure their vote. Having secured them they promptly renege and continue pursuing their pro-EU, socialist agenda as before.

They are fanatically dedicated to the United States of Europe and long for the day when England is no more and Great Britain is reduced to a group of provinces in the greater European federal superstate.

This brings us to the Conservative Party who are forecast to be the largest party after the election and will consequently get first dibs at forming a coalition government.

Like the other parties, this party is committed to the United States of Europe project and who has lost most support to Ukip. Its leader, David Cameron, is a fanatical Europhile who is falsely promising to re-negotiate British terms of membership of the EU while at the same engineering its expansion into the former Soviet republics.

Envisaging a European Union Empire "from the Ural Mountains in the east to the Atlantic Ocean in the west" are hardly the words of someone who is not totally committed to the EU project.

Since all these parties are as one when it comes to the European Union project, which includes imposing so called 'multi-cultural societies' using open border mass immigration, whichever combination forms the next government, England will be doomed.      
 
The pro-EU ideologies of all the party leaders demands that they surrender the remaining twenty five percent of Great Britain's legislative power to Brussels as commanded by the Lisbon Treaty which was signed without the promised referendum.

Scotland and Wales will survive as national entities in the United States of Europe albeit powerless but it is proposed that England will be divided into North and South with one region being aligned with Scandinavia and the other with France and Spain.

Outside of Ukip, England has no friends, not even its own people, who will vote in their millions for the anti-England parties who's final act will be to legislate for their own demise.

Why Fundamentally Transform The Country You Love?

In 2008 when candidate Obama first informed the American people that he was "five days away from fundamentally transforming America" the British people had already suffered a decade of fundamental transformation under their own photogenic, media created leader Tony Blair.

Unlike the British people who had no idea of what was coming, the American people were warned in advance that their prospective leader had seriously malign intentions for their country. What on earth did the people think he meant by fundamental transformation?

The American people also had the bitter experience of their trans-Atlantic cousins to draw on as a living, breathing example of what fundamental transformation looks like in practice.

Had they looked at their cousins over the pond they would have seen a reasonably prosperous country, where the majority went about their lives without let or hindrance, transformed into a bankrupt, government dominated bureaucracy bloated by agenda driven political operatives and their army of useful idiots looking for kudos and a taxpayer funded free lunch.

In addition to this they would have witnessed the free enterprise economy and a culture of individual liberty replaced by expanded welfare entitlements and increased dependency. This horror was accompanied by the creeping interference of petty government bureaucrats into the minutiae of peoples lives.

Blair's government continued the policy of previous governments by transferring swathes of sovereignty from the elected representatives in the Westminster Parliament to the unelected, bureaucrats of the European Union in Brussels.

The British people are no longer self governing, they no longer have control over their borders and for all intents and purposes Great Britain no longer exists as one of the worlds independent nations. It's integration into the European Union federal state means it has been effectively dissolved in all but name.

Most sadly, Americans looking across the Atlantic would have witnessed British culture, the British way of life and its Judeo-Christian heritage that had evolved over two millenia, systematically erased with its symbols of nationhood banned. Supposedly this was for fear of offending imported alien cultures, but in reality it was an important part of the cultural replacement agenda.

The Great Britain of today no longer resembles the country of two decades ago; it is more akin to a third world developing nation with crumbling infrastructure and where public services such housing, education, transport and health care provision are unable to cope with the expansion of the imported dependent population.

Prior to their election to office, Tony Blair and his party professed their love of country, people and way of life; they claim they only want to do whats best for the people. One can only say that wrecking the country, fundamentally transforming it into a third world equivalent then organising it's dissolution is an odd way of displaying affection.

There was uproar in the media recently when former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, stated that he didn't believe President Obama loved America; looking at the state of America today, was Giuliani wrong?

The United States of America became the greatest nation earth because of its free enterprise system, its culture of individual liberty and its constitutionally limited government. American exceptionalism has created more prosperity for more people than any other country in history. It has sacrificed its sons and daughters so others may enjoy the same freedom and prosperity if they so desire.

It is the shining city on a hill that is the hope and aspiration for millions who are denied freedom and prosperity, so why in God's name would anyone want it fundamentally transformed and more importantly, into what?  

Great Britain Still A Christian Country - The Usual Suspects Disagree

Whether Great Britain's Prime Minister, David Cameron, deliberately intended to provoke the anti-British left into a collective spasm of  public letter writing as part of his election campaign is open to debate, but what is certain is that the usual suspects from the socialist/communist/progressive community were coordinated in their reaction to his pronouncements.

It is now accepted as indisputable fact that the 1997 Blair/Brown Labour government embarked upon a long planned agenda to destroy the Great Britain that had evolved over two millennia into a developed, civilised culture based on Judeo-Christian values and replace it with a so called 'multi-cultural society' based on alien religions, uncivilized death cults and nihilism, knowing they were incompatible with the established British way of life.

This fundamental transformation of their country was imposed by the government using stealth, deceit, lies and bullying and it has been an unmitigated disaster for the indigenous people of Great Britain who didn't ask for this upheaval nor were they consulted.

Much to the consternation of the political elite, the British people are now expressing their disapproval of the political class and their destructive agenda by dumping the three old legacy parties for the United Kingdom Independence Party, popularly referred to as Ukip.

The deliberate destruction of Great Britain is part of a wider agenda which is being imposed by supranational entities like the UN and the EU with the intention to reorder the world based on the equality of nations and the moral equivalence of cultures; it is being imposed across the civilized world including the USA.  But I digress.

When David Cameron was chosen as the front man by the political elite to usurp power over the British Conservative Party, their agenda was also long planned. Their first act was to purge the party of people who held traditional British values, including those based on Christianity, together with any policies and attitudes that were not commensurate with their transformational agenda. Cameron and his backers insultingly described this process as detoxifying the party.

The result of this exercise should have come as no surprise to anyone, especially to people such as Cameron who's only experience is in Public Relations ---- membership and support for his detoxified party collapsed in favour of Ukip.

Ukip's policies are based on the traditional British values which were unceremoniously dumped by Cameron and his so called 'modernisers'.

The previously supposed agnostic Cameron who, like his predecessors in the last Labour administration, "didn't do God", has now miraculously seen the light.

Hallelujah, Hosanna In The Highest, Hail Mary and  Praise the Lord - after abolishing traditional Christian marriage and remaining silent on the persecution of Christians at home and abroad, and in addition to tolerating radical Islam in our schools, towns and cities, David Cameron is now openly talking about his Christian faith and referring to Great Britain as a Christian country.

Cameron mentions the "healing power of the Church" and he goes on to talk about "infusing politics with Christian ideals and values such as responsibility, hard work, charity, compassion, humility and love". These are the same values deliberately trashed by the Blair/Brown Labour government, aided and abetted by the Liberal Democrats and his own Conservative Party.

Whether he has had a Saul of Tarsus 'road to Damascus' conversion or is cynically trying to appeal to the traditional supporters that he himself drove into the arms of Ukip is up to the reader, but it must be borne in mind that Cameron is a consummate PR man who has hired the professional spin doctor, Lynton Crosby, to help him deceive and lie his way to an election victory.

As sure as night follows day the mention of Great Britain being a Christian country, especially by the Prime Minister, provoked a highly predictable reaction by the usual gaggle of anti-British, self loathers - led by the BBC, they infest the media, public life and academia like a virus.

These people comprise the arrogant metropolitan elite of so called 'progressives' who believe that only their world view holds any merit - they regard the world view of millions of indigenous British people as unworthy of consideration and fit only to be studiously ignored.

Fifty 'eminent' people, led by Iraqi born Professor Jim Al-Khalil, put their names to a letter  claiming  that Cameron was "fostering sectarian division" by referring to Great Britain as a Christian country. The letter goes on to say that the Prime Minister "has a right to his beliefs but we object to his repeated mischaracterization of our country as a Christian country".

For the information of Professor Al-Khalil together with his forty nine anti-British self loathing co-conspirators - despite the efforts of the political establishment and the BBC to make it otherwise, my country and that of my British born compatriots is as much a Christian country today as his birthplace is a Muslim one. This is not measured specifically by Church attendance, but by personal belief systems, history, tradition and heritage.

Fifty nine percent of the British people still regard themselves as Christians and the majority of the remainder adopt Judeo-Christian ethics and values for their moral code. Whether it is overt or not our way of life has been constructed and ordered around Christianity.

Having only reached British shores in 1979, our Iraqi friend Professor Khalil, together with his chums, are obviously ignorant of Great Britain's history so it is incumbent upon me to give them, and any other people who dispute that we are a Christian country, the very briefest of summaries of our heritage together with a homework assignment encompassing further study.

From the dawn of Christianity the British people adopted the faith, from the early Celtic Saints through to Saint Augustine, the Venerable Bede, Saint Thomas a' Becket, Edward the Confessor, Pope Adrian right up to the current Archbishop of Canterbury and the Monarch, who's title includes  Defender of the Faith.

The Lords Spiritual have seats in the House of Lords, the Justice system is based on ancient Jewish and Christian principles and we still revolve our year and calendar around Christian Festivals particularly Christmas and Easter.

Each of the nations that make up the United Kingdom have a Patron Saint. Please name them.

Unless they are wearing blinkers or are in total denial about their existence, the fifty complainants should have noticed our great places of Christian worship, from Westminster Abbey and the great cathedrals that dominate most of our cities to the tiny churches and chapels that grace every town village and hamlet throughout the land.

On the northeast coast of England lies the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, then there's Saint Michael's Mount, Saint David's and the great Christian cultural centre at Strata Florida in Wales.

Many of our myths and legends revolve around Christianity, from the legendary landing of Joseph of Arimathea and the Christ child in Glastonbury, to the legends of King Arthur and his Quest for the Holy Grail.

From Paradise Lost to Dante's Inferno, our literature is steeped in Christianity and Christian thought.

Whether we notice it or not, we are surrounded by our Christian heritage everywhere we look, every day of our lives. It subconsciously influences our attitudes, it helps form our characters, it is who we are and no Johnny-Come-Lately Professor from Iraq and his gang of left wing hangers on is going to change it because they disapprove or wish it to be otherwise.

Many born and bred indigenous British people will be rightly offended that an Iraqi who has only been in Great Britain since 1979 sees fit to lecture them about their history, traditions and heritage that has evolved over two thousand years and that has not disappeared in the decade or so since Tony Blair's Labour party opened the borders to all and sundry in 1997.

Prof. Al-Khalil and his fellow left wing activists claim that by talking about peace, love and compassion and the fact that Great Britain is a Christian country, the Prime Minister is fueling sectarian division, but they fail to mention the divisiveness of aggressive atheists like Professor Richard Dawkins, Muslim hate preachers like Anjem 'Andy' Choudary, the permanently
complaining immigrant ingrate Yasmin Alibai-Brown or blatantly racist politicians such as Diane Abbot.

His letter also fails to mention communist supporting Trade Union leaders such as Red Len McClusky and Christine Blower, who's only mission in life is to stir up hatred and class warfare while enjoying the lifestyles of the ruling elite they claim to hate, and all financed by their members subscriptions.

By carrying on with their traditional way of life and refusing to accept the official policy of state imposed multi-culturalism, millions of law abiding British people are smeared and dismissed as bigots and racists with their views suppressed by rigidly enforced political correctness. In their closeted, incestuous world, only the indigenous people of Great Britain are capable of divisiveness - immigrants and non Christians, such as Professor Khalil and his chums, consider themselves to be tolerant paragons of virtue, except that is, when someone disagrees with their world view, they then become just as intolerant a bigot as any other common or garden fascist.

For fifty diverse individuals to come to exactly the same conclusion about David Cameron's opinion and go on to take collective action does suggest coordination by some vested interest or another.

It should come as no surprise to learn that the BBC in collusion with the British Humanist Association are at the root of this attempt to rewrite history and present the so called 'multi-cultural society' as a fait accompli in our country.

Apart from the Iraqi born Professor, who just happens to be the President of the British Humanist Association (BHA) and a favourite of the BBC, its worth taking a random look at some of the other forty nine anti-British signatories to the infamous letter:

Phillip Pullman - an atheist, a supporter of the BHA and the National Secular Society (NSS). He is quoted as saying that he is "trying to undermine the basis of Christian belief".  He was a signatory to a letter opposing the visit of Pope Benedict XVI to Great Britain.

Ken Follett - best selling author, a self confessed lefty and signatory to the letter opposing the visit of Pope Benedict to Great Britain.

Dr. Adam Rutherford - a Guardianista and favourite of the BBC ( a Beeboid), he gave the Darwin lecture for the BHA.

Dr John Sulston - atheist and supporter of the BHA.

Dr. Simon Singh - an exclusively educated first generation of immigrants from the Punjab. No deep roots in Great Britain which gives an indication of his knowledge of Great Britain's Christian history, traditions and heritage.

Peter Tatchell - Australian homosexual activists who ran away to Great Britain to avoid conscription into the Australian military. Despised in Great Britain for pursuing his perverts charter and adopting common cause with the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) to lower the age of consent for sex between adults and children.

The media is in the process of re-branding Tatchell from a homosexual activists to a human rights campaigner.

I could go on and expose the entire list of signatories as the gang of anti-British, self loathing activists that they are, who have been garnered together by the BHA and the BBC in order to counter David Cameron's assertion that Great Britain is still a Christian country. The pubs are open however, and I would prefer to spend my valuable time supping a few ales with real people rather than wallowing in the sump of contrived outrage by an agenda driven privileged elite.

In conclusion I will add that they are also attempting to rewrite history by completely ignoring Great Britain's Christian history, traditions and heritage as if it never happened and in the process create the perception that our country is already irreversibly a so called 'multi-cultural society'.

It isn't by a long way, and when the people take back control of their country they will ensure it never will be.

To that end I will personally be voting for the United Kingdom Independence Party in the forthcoming elections and encourage all those that believe in the continued existence of Great Britain to do the same.

For The European Union To Live Great Britain Must Die - The End Is Nigh Part III

It seems that whenever a British politician wants to get their name in the papers or their face on the television news bulletins all they have to do is propose something that is in the interest of the British people - they don't have to actually carry it out, just a mere mention is usually enough to trigger a chastising response from whatever European bureaucrat is policing British dissent that particular day.

These Eurocrats ought to know by now that all of these proposals are false promises that are made to appease the people's anger at the latest destructive EU diktat or a ploy to gain their votes at election time.

They should also know that the British political leadership are just as committed to 'ever closer union' and the federal superstate as they are, but it still makes them queasy when they see politicians reacting to the wishes of the people even though they know its all lies and bluster.

It's a measure of how much sovereignty the British political class has surrendered when not just the big hitters of the EU such as Angela Merkel, but political pygmies from any two penny nation feel they can lecture the British Prime Minister whenever he mentions anything that might be in the interests of the people he is supposed to be representing.

Who would have thought that a political pygmy named Herman von Rumpuy, an unheard of bureaucrat from a non entity of a country like Belgium, would tell the people of Great Britain that their country is finished as an independent nation state?

And who would have thought that Jose Manuel Barrosso, a self confessed Maoist from a bankrupt backwater like Portugal would threaten the British people with war if they left the EU?

Then there's Laszio Andros, a Hungarian communist apparatchik, who called the British people prejudiced and xenophobic because they don't want the services that they have paid for with their taxes, overrun by economic migrants from countries that were made destitute by Soviet communism.

Joining the queue to lecture the British people are Viviane Reding from tiny Luxembourg, Ollie Rhen from Finland, Mark Rutte from Holland and even some chap called Aligurdus Balevioius from Lithuania.

It is worth noting that all these bureaucrats  have two things in common:

a) None of them have been elected - they are all appointed by their fellow bureaucrats to positions of power and they cannot be removed by the people no matter how destructive they are or no matter what damage they may inflict.

b) They all want to see Great Britain de-homogenized and reduced to a multi-cultural province of the United States of Europe.

Any visitor or tourist to Great Britain will see that its culture and its unique way of life are being systematically destroyed at the behest of the supranational 'progressive' elite, led by these aforementioned bureaucrats of European Union and others from elsewhere, including the UN.

(This is undeniable as a visit to any village, town or city will attest - in some areas the indigenous population have been totally replaced and they are now unrecognizable as parts of Great Britain)

This raises a couple of questions upon which the survival of the British nation and its way of life now depends:

Great Britain has a population of some sixty two million, which is nothing compared to the EU population of over five hundred million, so why is it so important to the Eurocrats that Great Britain be destroyed in this manner? 

Notwithstanding the sixty million pounds of taxpayers money per day they purloin to finance their thievery and corruption, surely the EU would be better off without the destabilizing influence of the British, so why not let them go and rot on their tiny windswept island?

Looking at the recent events in Europe and taking into account British history, it doesn't require a great leap of imagination to understand why an independent, sovereign, homogeneous Great Britain poses such a threat to a post democratic United States of Europe.

The evidence is there for all to see - it cannot be denied that for the nations of Europe, excluding Germany, the EU has been an unmitigated disaster and for those in the Eurozone even more so. Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Ireland have lost their sovereignty altogether. Their right to self determination  has been removed and replaced by a government of appointed European bureaucrats.

Imagine what the effect would be on the poverty stricken unfortunates of the EU when they look at a prosperous people who are free from the stifling shackles of an immovable bureaucracy, enjoying the blessings of liberty just twenty two miles across the English Channel.

This would be destabilizing in the extreme and would invariably lead to liberation movements demanding a return of their sovereignty together with their democracies and their currencies.

The argument that the British people's well being depends on being shackled to a stifling Soviet style bureaucracy who's share of global prosperity is shrinking year on year, is complete and utter nonsense.

Bureaucracies by their very nature grow like an amoeba and spread like a disease until they have replaced individual liberty and decision making, this results in a degradation of every aspect of peoples lives.

Everything from energy usage, to rubbish collection to serving olive oil on restaurant tables is controlled by faceless EU bureaucrats who, incidentally, are some of the highest paid in the world.

The calculating despots and the anti-democratic dreamers who initiated the replacement of independent nation states with a federal superstate failed to take into account the nature and history of the British people.

Most of the countries that make up the EU have been conquered or dominated at some point in their recent histories;  despite numerous attempts, and sometimes against insurmountable odds, the British have not suffered such a setback since the Norman invasion of 1066. The British people do not like to be dominated in their native land and they cherish their freedom and independence.

Listening to some Europeans, German socialist leader Martin Schultz springs to mind, it is obvious that they harbor some envy and more than a little resentment at this history and the attitude it has begat. They would dearly love to see the British people taken down a peg or two for reasons of revenge as well as for the furthering of their federalist agenda.

I will agree with General de Gaulle who, when justifying his constant refusals to allow Great Britain to join the then Common Market, intimated correctly that British eyes cannot look inward to Europe, by their very nature they will always be looking across the wider oceans. Truer words were never spoken by a Frenchman.

An independent, free, prosperous nation trading with the world and at ease with itself will be too big a contrast to the miserable, impoverished citizens of a Soviet style superstate who's access to the freedom restoring instruments of democracy will have been removed.

For a United States of Europe to exist, Great Britain with its culture and its way of life must be destroyed, there cannot be both, it is one or the other. This is why every politician, every lobbyist and every charlatan with a vested interest clamps down hard the minute the British people stir from their slumber and force their politicians to make anti-EU noises.

At this point in history the Eurocrats are in the ascendancy and they have the ability to mobilise tremendous human and financial resources to fight for an end to British independence.

The people have the power to take their country back but whether they have the stamina and will to do so remains to be seen.

New British Identity - Bestowed Upon Them By An Anti-British European

Any discussion about citizenship and national characteristics in a country consisting of two nations, a Principality, a Province and various quasi-autonomous areas such as Cornwall, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, is bound to be difficult.

British identity is in the eye of the beholder, however most indigenous British people can agree on what they consider not to be British. Sadly, due to the crushing effect of political correctness and a fear of prosecution under Great Britain's Orwellian 'hate crime' laws, most people harbor these views in private, burying them deep inside themselves but holding them nonetheless.

It's a strange phenomenon that British people of all shades of opinion openly criticize, and even make derogatory remarks about their own country, but take umbrage when a foreigner or an immigrant voices similar sentiments. That same umbrage bubbled to the surface when the notoriously anti-British, Nick Clegg used a recent speech to redefine what it is to be British.

The fact that someone as anti-British as Clegg is holding the position of Deputy Prime Minister of our country is insult enough, but students of political speech making will realize that he was not only redefining British identity but openly displaying his contempt for the indigenous British people at the same time.

Clegg will be well aware of the issues that are of most concern to the British people and where they stand with regard to them.  With that in mind he has constructed his speech to:  a) redefine British identity in his own image, b) attempt to show some British roots, and c) insult, smear and denigrate anyone who holds traditional views.

The speech was also designed to pour scorn an anyone who disagrees with his view on the EU, immigration and multi-culturalism.   He also made the point of 'loving' everything about Great Britain that the indigenous people loath while making no mention of the things that matter.

Nick Clegg has done nothing of note in his life outside of politics and he is particularly steeped in the machinations of the European Union bureaucracy. He is ruthlessly dedicated to the destruction of Great Britain and its relegation to a mere province of a federal United States of Europe.

It becomes obvious the more one listens to Clegg that he can barely disguise his loathing for Great Britain, its people, its history, its culture together with its Judeo-Christian values and moral code. He is a placeman for the European Union zealots who have charged him with deceiving the British people into surrendering what's left of their sovereignty to the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.

Despite the fact that Clegg is only one quarter English and considers himself a citizen of Europe, he deliberately used the collective 'we' when informing the people what he 'loved' about Great Britain in order to create the illusion that he is one of us. He needs to be told that after that insulting speech he most definitely is not.

As I have written previously we are standing amid the wreckage of a once great nation; a nation that achieved its greatness long before the arrival of people such as Clegg who's only mission in life is to destroy what's left of our great country.  A country that has been reduced to almost third world status and where vast areas have been turned into mono-cultural, poverty stricken, welfare addicted, crime ridden ghettos that don't resemble Great Britain in any way, shape or form.

Clegg considers this destruction to be a great achievement and it forms part of the Britain he 'loves'.

He claims that "he 'loves' the way we can cherish our traditions" while he is doing his best to erase those same traditions together with British patriotism and anything that is quintessentially British, all in the interests of multi-culturalism.

He claims that he 'loves' the fact 'we' churn out one ingenious invention after the next, such as the telephone, the steam engine, the jet engine, the world wide web etc.  For his information, these were 'churned' out long before his arrival on the scene when Britain was still a free, independent and sovereign nation. I am not sure that we could have 'churned' these inventions out in a dumbed down Britain run by Clegg and his cohorts.

He 'loves' the fact that 'we' insist on queuing abroad when the locals don't, which is nonsense - in my long expatriate career I didn't queue if the locals didn't, my elbows were sharp as anyone else's and they competed with the best of them.

Indulging in traditional 'progressive' propaganda, he 'loves' the fact that the BBC and the NHS are known and respected across the planet.

No they are not! The NHS is known for its death factories, inefficiencies, interminable waiting lists, its low cancer survival rates and the pathetically low life expectancy if one is taken sick at the weekend. The BBC is renown for its nature programs, Top Gear and its continuous output of left wing propaganda.

In an act designed to enrage the indigenous people Clegg 'loves' the fact that our cities are no longer British and have been colonized by every race, religion, colour and language in existence.

He 'loves' that his wife, the wealthy Spanish lawyer Miriam Gonzalez Durantez, has that feeling of freedom you get in Britain, that "simply doesn't exist anywhere else".

I would suggest she put that freedom to the test and partake of that quaint British custom of an evening or Sunday afternoon stroll, perhaps in the Somali held areas of Ealing or Southall in South West London.

She could try taking a freedom stroll in Somali held Toxteth, Liverpool; after all her husband 'loves' the fact that these cities are home to non English speaking colonists from "all corners of the planet".

Apart from some other banalities about 'loving' the shipping forecast and wearing T-shirts and flip flops when the sun isn't shining, he goes on to tell us that he 'loves' living in a country that is synonymous with human rights and the rule of law.

Because of his youth, inexperience and lack of interest in British history he will be unaware that human rights and the rule of law have been evolving in our country for centuries. We did not have a human rights problem and we didn't need European human rights laws to be enshrined into British law on the orders of the EU bureaucrats.

This is a crooks charter that was put in place to facilitate the imposition of multi-culturalism by making it practically impossible to deport an immigrant no matter how heinous the crime.

Clegg 'loves' this abomination that has allowed all manner of criminal low lifes and terrorists from around the globe to remain in our country to rob, rape and murder the indigenous population with little fear of any serious repercussions.

Clegg demonstrates his imbecility by saying that he 'loves' the fact that the British people respond to any problem, big or small, with a cup of tea. Really? This truly is desperate stuff and an absolutely pathetic attempt to display some Britishness.

In spite of the fact that the vast majority of the British people believe in traditional marriage and family life, Clegg 'loves' the fact that Great Britain is a place where you can be a homosexual and proud - "and now you can get married too". He also claims that Great Britain should have a homosexual Prime Minister. Who would he suggest that should be, the expenses thief, David Laws, the grossly perverted Mark Oaten, the vulgar exhibitionist Chris Bryant or Deputy Speaker of the House, Nigel Evans, who is currently on trial for sexually assaulting his male colleagues?

I won't bore the reader with rest of his nonsense but I will move on to his attempt at displaying his roots. He informs us that after the First World War his grandfather watched the returning troops which left him desperately upset that he hadn't been called up to the front. Apparently he passionately believed that to be a British soldier defending our values of liberty and peace, was the most noble thing you could be.

If he felt that passionate then he could have emulated British hero, William 'Billy Boy' Tickle and thousands of others, including my own grandfather, who demonstrated their passion with action not words; they disguised their ages and volunteered at age sixteen before serving their country in France.

Clegg makes no mention of any other ancestor because his paternal grandfather is as deep as his British roots go.  There is no "good yeoman who's limbs were made in England" for Clegg, he considers himself a citizen of Europe far and above being a citizen of Great Britain.

The latter part of his speech was dedicated to extolling the virtues of the EU while ignoring the disaster that EU membership has wreaked upon the people of Greece, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and the rest of the Mediterranean countries. He also used this part of his speech to insult, smear and denigrate anyone who disagrees with his vision of a degraded Great Britain in a greater Europe.

Apparently, Clegg's vision consists of "great liberal qualities" while the British people's desire for individual liberty and freedom from a tyrannical bureaucracy in their own sovereign nation is "some sepia-tinted memory of Empire" or "some stuffy parochialism dressed up as patriotism".

With boring predictability he goes on to link the anti-EU parties in Europe with extremism then with all the subtlety of Josef Goebbels attempts to link these parties with the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) and its leader Nigel Farage.

It is Nick Clegg's ambition to see Great Britain reduced to a mere province of a post democratic United States of Europe under the thumb of unelected bureaucrats like the anti-British Belgian, Herman von Rumpuy and the Spanish Maoist, Jose Manuel Barrosso.

What Clegg omitted from his speech is a testament to his lack of roots and his deliberate attempt to erase what real born and bred people of this Sceptred Isle consider to be an essential part of being British.

He failed to mention:

Her Majesty the Queen as Head of State - we know he would prefer Herman von Rumpuy or Angela Merkel.

The codification of English law and its evolution since Aethelstan and Alfred the Great up until that evolution was halted by remote, unaccountable European Judges.

Magna Carta and the enshrining of basic rights.

Sir Winston Churchill and the sacrifices made by the British people during their fight against the German domination of Europe.

British military traditions and history from Boadicea to Colonel H Jones. Great battles for liberty including Agincourt, Waterloo, Trafalgar, the Battle of Britain and Goose Green.

Britain's Judeo-Christian heritage as evidenced by the great cathedrals and churches that bless every village, town and city.

Britain's literary heritage doesn't get a mention, nothing about Shakespeare, Bunyan, Dickens or even Geraldus Cambrenesis.

I could go on but I am loath to spend any more time on traitors and quislings like Nick Clegg and his ilk.

In conclusion I am happy to say that I am not the only one that holds Nick Clegg in complete and utter contempt; Stephen Glover says it in his own inimitable style.  It's a pity that the electors in his constituency of Sheffield Hallam don't open their eyes and look at the damage they are doing to their country.

Former 'Great' Britain Now A Third World Country - India Is The Future

The descent of Great Britain from one of the greatest superpowers in history into a third world shambles has been as spectacular as the rise of India in the opposite direction. If this seems like an exaggeration then a cursory look at the facts should put the minds of any doubters at rest.

I've had the privilege of visiting and working in India several times during my expatriate career so I have witnessed this remarkable transformation first hand. I have also witnessed first hand the willful destruction of my own country at the hands of a self serving political class who usurped political power in order to implement a global 'progressive' agenda on behalf of an anonymous elite.

In 1979 myself and three others purchased an Indrail pass for fifty US dollars each, this gave us unlimited travel on the extensive Indian railway system for a month or so. It allowed us an opportunity to experience a lot of India first hand; cities, towns and villages were all on the itinerary with the objective of seeing as much as possible and meeting as many people as time allowed.

I won't go into it here only to say that the culture shock was huge and the poverty worse than I had ever imagined. My second visit was a two month assignment to Bombay in 1986.  Signs of change were already evident and there appeared to be a certain unexplainable confidence developing which I had missed on my previous visit.

My third visit was a week long assignment in New Delhi which only allowed a cursory mingling with the locals and a trip around the tourist trails of Old and New Delhi.

My final visit was a four year assignment starting in 2002;  based in New Delhi I took care of all the company businesses across India and Bangladesh. This assignment came as big a shock as my first one in 1979; poverty was still extensive but much reduced, it appeared to be on the fringes of the modern towns and industrial areas which were as prosperous as anywhere in the developed world.

The pace of change was stunning; even in my four years there were new highways and subway systems built in New Delhi;  the modern satellite city of Gurgaon was expanding at great pace and included golf courses, country clubs and ultra modern shopping malls.

The biggest change was in the people; they were mainly young, educated, talented and highly motivated, they were also ambitious and had a confidence born of optimism for the future. Indian institutions were still rife with corruption particularly in political life and this was holding the country back; I formed the impression that when the people take control and clean this up, India will take its place in history as a superpower.

Reading about the launch of India's first home built aircraft carrier and its extensive military capabilities, including intercontinental nuclear capability, came as no surprise but adding to that their space program and their economic advances, it inevitably leads to comparisons with their former colonial masters.

'Great' Britain has gone in the opposite direction of India with a downtrodden population robbed of their heritage and with little confidence in the future. The people are crippled with a fear of political correctness, their towns and cities are being transformed into multi-cultural crime ridden ghettos and their standard of living is dropping faster than their house prices.

'Great' Britain and it's unique culture is being deliberately dismantled and the country downgraded in the cause of equality of nations and cultural relativity.

Apart from being a nuclear power, India has a functioning space programme, something 'Great' Britain gave up on during the socialist disaster of the Harold Wilson years.

India's economy is booming while 'Great' Britain's economy is continually in the doldrums; it is hamstrung by over regulation, taxation and political interference by agenda driven politicians. While India is looking at growth rates of between 5 and 8%, the British Chancellor is trying to spin a growth rate of 1.5% as a monumental success.

'Britannia Rules The Waves' no more; known as the senior service of the British military, the Royal Navy is a laughing stock with almost as many Admirals and Rear Admirals as they have ships. What kind of genius spends billions on a new aircraft carrier that doesn't have any aircraft?

'Great' Britain's once feared military has been hung, drawn and quartered by successive governments in search of ever more money to spend on social programs for their various voting bases.

The military strength of India is now greater than that of 'Great' Britain, whose capabilities are now only slightly better than bankrupt Italy.

Despite overtaking 'Great' Britain,  joining the developed world and having more billionaires, in an act of unexplainable delusion, the British government continues to give development aid to India. 

The explanation that the long suffering taxpayers have been given by their ever so trendy, 'progressive' Prime Minister is that David Cameron "firmly believes that the British people shouldn't become prosperous on the backs of the world's poor".

The Department of International Development has been forced, very reluctantly, to reconsider taxpayer handouts to India after their Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, told them that India doesn't need then and doesn't want them. The fact that India has a development aid programme of its own didn't seem to register with the spendaholics at Westminster.

The descent of 'Great' Britain into third world status can be laid at the door of the self serving  political class and the brain dead idiots who continue to put them into power.

In direct contradiction to the British people, the Indian people are allowed by their government to be family orientated, patriotic, proud of their heritage, proud of their culture, proud to be Indian and they are not ashamed of who they are.

The Indian people are busy getting educated and working hard in order to join the burgeoning middle class. They are not obsessing about gay marriage, sexuality, multi-culturalism, diversity, equality and fairness, political correctness or any of the other 'progressive' nonsense that is being forced down the throats of the British people.

If the British people want to reverse the decline and have a prosperous future like our Indian brothers and sisters, then they must throw out the political charlatans that are responsible for their destruction and they must do it at the earliest possible opportunity otherwise it will be too late.
